As the Sheboygan River flows through your backyard, an unforgettable vacation is waiting to be had. Artsy-Chic was the driving influence behind the interiors of this space. The first floor is an open concept, light and airy space featuring an eat-in kitchen, family room, powder room, and an enormous rec room. The kitchen, equipped with all of the necessities (including ice & coffee), will make cooking at home a delight. The sun-filled family room is designed to be the perfect gathering place with seating arrangements that allow for great conversation. A smart TV is hung for your entertainment.

Boasting a spacious veranda overlooking the Sheboygan River, a full bathroom, laundry room, a river-facing King-suite, and a two queen-bed guest suite.

the Rec-Room
Sometimes having a day-in is needed. If that is the case, you may find yourself in the Rec Room. It features a 130-inch projection screen, a foosball table, a shuffleboard, and an oversized sectional. Imagine watching your favorite sports team on the big screen or having a private screening of a newly released movie.
