More than just an inviting home away from home. It’s a friendly gesture, usually followed by a smile, and exchanged between friends and family. We invite you to experience the comfort and excitement that our WAVE has to offer as we welcome you during your stay. As you make your way towards the front door, you will think to yourself, “This must be the place!”, as the cool vibes fill you with excitement.

the First Floor
As the Sheboygan River flows through your backyard, an unforgettable vacation is waiting to be had. Artsy-Chic was the driving influence behind the interiors of this space. The first floor is an open concept, light and airy space featuring an eat-in kitchen, family room, powder room, and an enormous rec room. The kitchen, equipped with all of the necessities (including ice & coffee), will make cooking at home a delight. The sun-filled family room is designed to be the perfect gathering place with seating arrangements that allow for great conversation. A smart TV is hung for your entertainment.

the Second Floor
Boasting a spacious veranda overlooking the Sheboygan River, a full bathroom, laundry room, a river-facing King-suite, and a two queen-bed guest suite.

the Rec-Room
Sometimes having a day-in is needed. If that is the case, you may find yourself in the Rec Room. It features a 130-inch projection screen, a foosball table, a shuffleboard, and an oversized sectional. Imagine watching your favorite sports team on the big screen or having a private screening of a newly released movie.

This stay is centrally located between Kohler and the shores of Lake Michigan. You are within minutes from Downtown as well as shopping centers.

Great Place

Very neat and unique place. Great space for a family. My kids loved it. I thought it was very clean and presentable. Would stay again in future visits and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Family friendly

We loved being right on the river. Public boat launch directly across the property, awesome for canoeing and kayaking. Kids loved the game room and projection TV.

Great location and space

Great location and space! Jordan was super responsive and kept us informed. Very nice space to hang out both inside and out. Centrally located and easy to get to shops, restaurants, parks and highway. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sheboygan!

Perfect weekend at The Wave!!

It was the perfect place to stay for everything Sheboygan/Kohler! It was clean, easy, and a perfect location! It had everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. Love the view, the game/movie room! Thank you a wonderful weekend! We will definitely be back!!!

Just what we needed

This place was just perfect for our quick winter getaway. Nicely furnished and comfy clean. It was very close to the very quaint downtown area with some of our all time favorite restaurants. We definitely plan to come back for the summer experience.

The property was very nice and well located for us as Golfers near Sheboygan. Fire pit was a nice surprise. Everything worked well. Would recommend replacement of a couple of rugs which are showing there age

Sisters Weekend

Great location and wonderful views. There were just 3 of us so it was super roomy. The unit could easily accommodate a much larger group. It was a little chilly to sit on the balcony but we certainly would have spent a lot of time out there had it been warmer. We would use this rental again!

Indycar weekend

We were in town for Indycar weekend at Road America. We stay in Sheboygan every year for this race and this new property was available. Very cute townhome with lots of charm. The decor was beautiful with little details making you feel at home and cozy! The garage gameroom with a projector screen was amazing, a nice retreat for the kids!! Jacob the host was great, quick to respond and helpful offering suggestions for local events. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Great property, would recommend.

This property had a nice location and a beautiful view. The property owner was diligent and responsive. The game room was great and our family loved it. The property was clean and well stocked for a family of 5 to stay 5 nights. I dislike it when you stay at a place for a week and get like one roll or paper towels and toilet paper. This property had a LOT of both and we appreciated it. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars was because of a miscommunication with the listing being pet free (some in our party have significant allergies), but Jordan remedied that ad quickly after I mentioned it and I still found the place to be clean and our group was able to make due. But for those with pets (and even without), this is a nice place and I would recommend. Used the laundry a couple times and the washer and dryer are very nice as well.

Bachelorette party

We stayed in Sheboygan for my friends bachelorette party. The balcony was perfect for pictures. The town was amazing and comfortable so many nice places to stop and check out.

Sheboygan golf trip

Rec room is a great space for hanging out. Upper deck is great for coffee in the morning. Kitchen & family area is spacious and well appointed. TV/Streaming options worked very well. Good shower. Easy and plentiful parking. Convenient location. Good recommendations from the host. i would definitely stay here again.

I have lived in Sheboygan since 2016. Sheboygan is a beautiful, lakefront community that is filled with many hidden gems, excellent dining destinations, world-renowned spas and golf courses, breathtaking landscapes and so much more. I love assisting my guests with local tips and recommendations, ensuring that their stay is an absolutely unforgettable experience.

Outside of hosting incredible stays, I enjoy traveling, sailing on the shores of Lake Michigan, camping, exploring new restaurants, breweries, wineries, and everything food and beverage related :-) and spending time with my loving family.

My favorite vacation destination so far is a tie between the Highlands of Scotland and the Seaside Villages of Italy.
