This cozy bungalow sits up in the trees and overlooks the White River. Riverwood is a small neighborhood and was established in the late 1920's as a vacation hideaway. Located only minutes from downtown shopping, Koteewi Park, Purgatory Golf Club & Ruoff Music center. Grand Park is only 20 minutes away. Toby the cat will greet you when you arrive, he has his own accommodations on the property & welcomes everyone that stays with us. He’s your personal concierge.

Perfect

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect and Krista thought of everything. It was private and comfortable in a beautiful setting. We are definitely going to be back. Having Toby with us was extra fun. Thank you.

Great Place

We had an AMAZING stay! Loved Toby even though I would say we aren't "cat people". Our plan is to come back to the area once a year so we will defintely be staying here or one of the other new places this host has available.

Say we spent all weekend exploring the fun decor and searching for mushrooms.The host was very accommodating and even left as a valentine's balloon and chocolate. So sweet! Our co host Toby was very generous with his time and attention. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Short trip. Amazing place

What a great place to stay! We only stayed for two nights, it was worth it! Definitely enjoyed the Chris Farley/The Office decor. And Toby was the best host possible! He was quite the snuggler! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent management

My wife and I were very impressed with our stay and appreciated the amenities provided! It was great to get away for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary! Toby was a super friendly concierge and greeted us as soon as we pulled into the driveway.

Our weekend at Riverwood

Krista was an amazing host and very commumicative. Everything was very well stocked, (literally everything we could have needed and then some was provided) The house was super clean, organized, and labeled and the location is awesome. Plus, you cant beat the price! Krista also left some goodies for my daughter for her birthday which was so thoughtful and sweet. We had an incredible weekend and cant wait to come back & stay again this summer and visit with our new friend Toby the cat.

Wonderful stay in lovely home

My stay at Krista’s place was most enjoyable. It’s a comfortable and spacious home in a really pretty and quiet neighborhood. The decor is fun & joyful and invites you to relax, with plenty of indoor & outdoor area to hang out. The kitchen is fully equipped & the bedrooms were inviting and cozy. Krista’s communication was excellent & I really appreciated the kind & thoughtful treats she provided. And of course I can’t forget about Toby. He was so friendly & affectionate. I loved having him cuddle up and sleep with me. I would stay at Krista’s place again without hesitation and hope to do so in future travels.

Comfy home with river views

Krista’s home was the perfect place for a weekend get-away. The living area had a panoramic view of the White River, perfect for relaxing with a cup of hot cocoa or tea. The house was clean and well-arranged, with super fun decor. Krista provided snacks, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need, plus a little more. And Toby the cat was a cuddle bug. We loved having him there. We would most definitely stay here again. And again.

What a gem! Perfect!

I can’t say enough about this place! Krista is AWESOME-she has created a beautiful space …”Toby” the cat was an excellent host-made the place feel like home! The decor is on point-everyplace you look just exudes fun! It is cozy and a perfect getaway! And, if you are looking for a place to stay for a show at Ruoff! This is it! Don’t forget to take a nice walk along the River and check out the Trading Post!

We had a fantastic time in this home. The owners were very communicative and even shared some tips about the area for us. The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious with plenty of outside areas to hang out in. Toby the house cats is super cool! When we come back we will be prepared to enjoy the river activities. The location was an easy 45 minute drive to downtown Indy and the town of Noblesville had plenty of shopping and restaurants to offer, as well, in a nice farm town setting. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Down By the River

Great place with several amenities. Toby the cat makes you feel very welcome. Krista the property owner remained in constant contact with us the entire time for anything that we may need. Celebrated my girlfriends Birthday and Krista made sure to leave her a surprise upon our arrival! Property is off the beaten path, but close enough to anything that you may need. Overall a wonderful experience and look forward to a return trip in the near future!

Great spot for commuting to Arcadia

We loved our week in the cozy bungalow! The kitchen was well stocked with all you needed for making meals and Krista left us welcome snacks and flowers. Toby is the star though- he is the perfect host!
