Bring your large group and enjoy this classic 4 bedroom, 3 bath mid-century modern home.

Home and pool are original from 1959.

Many of areas to hang out in the back yard, featuring natural desert landscaping.

The spa is a Cowboy Pool from Austin, Texas that is a converted water trough.

Located in the historic and trendy Racquet Club Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs. Near shops and restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive.

Designed by Palmer & Krisel Architects, the house was built by the famous Alexander Construction Company in the 1950's.

Home features post and beam construction, soaring A-frame style roofline, an open floor plan, wall of glass opens to pool for indoor/outdoor
living.

pad360 has a 1,950 sqft extended floor plan with full size dining room

1/4 acre lot with private pebble tech pool and desert landscaping.

Fully furnished with modern furniture. Everything you'll need, just bring your suitcases.

Original slab concrete floors from when the house was built, that have been coated and sealed. We love that the floors show the history of the home's past and have an industrial feel, with exposed cracks.

GREAT!

Every part of the house is in great condition and beautifully decorated. So great to have very bed being a king or queen for a group of adult friends to stay. Host was very easy to work with and very helpful. Great stay overall.

Loved the Mid Century Modern Vibe

This was a great place for 6 of us to stay! It was easy to move around and everyone was comfortable. We cooked at home one night and that was easy. There are so many great areas for sitting and chatting.

Great girls get away

Great house for a larger group. We loved the pool and hot tub. The host was very responsive and we were able to check out late after our flight was delayed by several hours. We had a great time.

Perfect Pad

Diana’s house was comfortable, stylish, centrally-located, and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely go back and recommend to anyone going to Palm Springs. Diana was very communicative and helpful.

PS Vacation

Very nice property. We rented for the Easter break. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Great pool. Good location quiet and away from congestion of downtown, but still only a short drive away.

Worked really well for us

Casual, comfortable, stylish mid-century home that worked well for our family of 18 to 78 year olds, including two dogs. Just a few minutes drive to downtown, so it was convenient for early morning workout classes in town or just popping in for a drink before dinner at home. Nice open floor plan, and lots of space for everyone inside and out, in the sun or the shade. A couple minutes walk to a local park for the dogs, close to a grocery store and the Tram. We like to cook; we found everything we needed in the kitchen including decent knives. The hosts were great; friendly and responsive. This is an older home, in a real neighborhood which is part of its charm.

Great time, great communication

Overall we had a great time at the house! We had a small issue with the pool that was likely caused by the weather (uncontrollable) but the communication and timing to resolve it was outstanding. We highly recommend this house!

Mid-century modern in Palm Springs

We (grandparents, parents, and kids) stayed at this property in February. We chose it for the mid-century look and layout, and we were very pleased. Everything in the house was as described. It was great to have a functional space to cook, do some laundry, and hang out. Basic toiletries (soap + shampoo) and towels were provided. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The outdoor space is well-maintained and inviting, though we didn't use it as much as we wanted because of the chilly weather. Hosts are extremely responsive. I had a question about the TV and they responded within minutes. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, classic mid-century modern house in a quiet setting, consider this property.

Simply Perfect!

I rented Pad360 for a retreat for my salon staff. It was perfect! It housed all 10 of us perfectly. It is well stocked (we cooked in both nights). Diana was a gem to work with. The beds are comfortable. A/C perfect! The pool is large with a pool light, allowing all of us to be in at once, even some on rafts or floating chairs. It was only a $10 cab ride each way to the Spa Resort Casino. The only downside, is there is no music piped outside, so we had to purchase a boom box. And believe me, if this is the ONLY downside, you should know this house was perfect in every way! ...I have rented homes in Palm Springs for the past several years, and I am already in the works to reserve this home for our annual retreat next year! Thank you Diana for opening your home up to us! We so enjoyed our stay!

Great Girls' Getaway

My fellow mommy friends and I planned this getaway for Mother's Day Weekend. We relaxed by the pool, cooked, shopped, walked, explored... The decor and amenities were lovely, and the property is large. There was plenty of space for all. We could imagine ourselves returning with our families as this place works so well for visitors, young and old!

Quiet and peaceful retreat!

Excellent experience and great place to unwind. This little gem was a great find and a wonderful place to get away. We definitely felt at home here. The location was perfect and not too far from the downtown area. It provided the perfect atmosphere to cook and hang out with family and friends and enjoy Palm Springs' great weather. The property is exactly as described and the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a great place and no frills.

Perfect House, Perfect Setting

Our small group stayed at pad360 for a writer's retreat, and couldn't have asked for a better place to gather, relax, and get inspired. The house was fully equipped, beautiful, stylish, fun, and functional. It looks better in real life than the pictures! Diana was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely return to this house for future Palm Springs trips, and highly recommend it!

Great Space to Unwind

pad360 was excellent. The house was so inviting and accomodating for our group and the backyard and pool area were simply amazing. The views of the mountains were amazing. The location was perfect--easy neighborhood to go for a walk and easy to access trails for a hike. Not far from the main drag by bike or car, and an easy can ride home after a few drinks. Thanks for the weekend we really needed. Owners were wonderful in their communication prior and after our stay. Will be back.

Nice Home

The home was lovely, as shown in the pictures, lots of space for our family of 8. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only thing we had a problem with, was the air conditioning unit was leaking a lot of water and pooling everywhere when we arrived, the owners were easy to contact and responsive, but we had to lay towels out and change them throughout the day to soak up the water during our stay.

Wonderful Stay!!

We stayed at this beautiful home with a total of 4 adults and 6 kids - we loved it!! The pool was awesome; the backyard was spacious, quiet and private; the kitchen had everything we needed; and the toys and games for the kids were perfect!! The location is a quick 2-3 miles away and the owner was friendly and helpful!! I strongly recommend this property!!

Team Conference

Perfect Girls Weekend

I celebrated my 40th with 5 other women in PS; this home met all of our needs. It's spacious, very clean, true to photos (Outdoor cushions have been added, better than photos shown). I would also recommend paying extra for heated pool, as nights dropped into the 40s and the pool was awesome for a midnight swim. I will also add that the beds are exceedingly comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with all you'll need. Price much lower than other places we looked at - great bang for your buck.

Fantastic experience!!!!

I've rented many places in Palm Springs and this one is certainly my new fav. Great location, cool decor, and very responsive owners. The extra "casita" creates 2 Master Suites, which is a real plus. I would definitely rent here again.

Fun Filled Getaway

The house was amazing! Plenty of room, decor was perfect and the backyard was beautiful! The salt water pool and hot tub made for an excellent way to lounge on a hot day and cool evening. I would highly recommend getting the pool heated - well worth paying the extra fee. The communication between myself and the home owner was also good with timely responses.

Perfect girlie getaway!!

What a perfect weekend getaway with the girlies! The house was clean, kitchen had everything i needed, salt water pool was clean and equipped with all the floaters and noodles needed to bake in the sun, and the master bed was way too comfy (best sleep I've had in a while). Not to mention, Diana was super friendly and easy to work with on such short notice!! Thanks again Diana, and we look forward to renting the Pad360 again!

Nice and Roomy

We came here for a girl's weekend in May. The house was comfortable enough for 9 of us 40+ year old women to hang out by the pool and cook in the kitchen. We really like the dining room table, the concrete floors and some of the other decorative touches giving it a nice, groovy vibe. Outside had enough seating and loungers for all of us and we like the cabana, too. The patio cover could have been a little larger or an additional umbrella would have been nice. The landscaping outside is a little bare. Some colorful succulents and solar lights would be a welcome addition. The location is great as downtown Palm Springs is only a couple of miles away and we took a long walk to some of the adjoining neighborhoods which are really nice. This isn't a super luxurious house, but it is a good value and good for a large groups.

We have always loved mid-century modern architecture. We purchased pad360 in 2004 and our 4 daughters have grown up spending time here. Just a few minutes to all of the great restaurants and shops in downtown Palm Springs, but not too far from LA, made this the perfect location for us.
