There is a large master suite with private bath for some independence when needed and separate entrance if you have multiple groups in your party. One of the bedrooms also has a bunk bed which is fun for kids and adults.

This is a well kept 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home located in one of Anchorage's most established neighborhoods. Spacious backyard and house provides lots of space for enjoying time with friends and family. The 4 bedrooms feature 6 beds. The bunk bed is a full on bottom and twin on top. There is a queen bed and twin bed in bedroom 3. High speed internet access provided as well as Netflix account.

This is a quiet neighborhood in one of Anchorages desired part of town called Sportman's Point. This home has close access to Kincaid Park, shopping, and the airport. Only a quick few minute drive to the end of the coastal trail, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing.

Full driveway for parking a vehicle. Uber/Lyft are a 10 minute drive from airport.

- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
- Garage is not for guests: do not attempt to get in.

5)No Compensation: While we understand the disappointment of not being able to use the hot tub, we regret to inform you that we do not offer compensation or refunds for its temporary unavailability. Our primary concern is the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and we will prioritize resolving any issues swiftly.
