All of the porches and the pool area have high and low level lighting and audio systems. The partially shaded pool/spa area features a grill and dining table for yet another spot designed for eating and recreation.

Brookgreen Gardens, America's first public sculpture garden, is the setting for a collection of American's finest 19th and 20th century sculptures and plant species. The gardens also contain low country history and wildlife preserve with native and domestic habitats.
