We rented this place for 3 weeks which was pretty expensive during spring break. We expected better for how much we spent. The house just needs some TLC. I would expect the owner or property manager to do a solid walk through before hosting someone for such a long time. But you can tell, this is just a money maker and they fix things as people complain.Cons: #1 - Internet was out for the first 5 days. I understand it's not 100% your fault but the lack of communication from the owner was very disappointing. The property managers were kind but it took a couple days for them to take the complaint seriously. I was planning on working, we had a baby monitor that we couldnt use, and the tv didnt work. The first week was really stressful.#2 - All the pots and pans were broken or warped to the point they couldnt be used. We had to ask the property managers to replace them.#3 - No vacuum to clean the rugs. Property manager had to replace#4 - Cups, plates and bowls were glass and numerous ones had chips in them.Pros - #1 We loved the location. Close to Old Town, the neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves.#2 The fenced in yard was great for the dogs.#3 The master bath shower was the best shower i've ever been in!Overall, we would stay here again. They owner just needs to go through it entirely. Clean some of the walls and scuff marks everywhere. Go through the kitchen and get rid of all the broken utensils, plates, and cups. It just needs a little love.
