The home features a classic adobe-style design, with brick and saltillo tile flooring, and vigas beam ceilings completing the authentic look. You'll find all the modern home essentials equipped for modern comfort, including a stainless steel full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. A fireplace and plush sectional welcome family gatherings in the main living area, while the den includes a smart TV for streaming entertainment. A private bonus room furnished with a desk can be used as a daytime study space or a home office for remote work needs.

The casita features a sunny, studio-style layout with a large open floor plan designed to optimize space. A TV and free WiFi are equipped for in-home entertainment, and a dedicated desk is available if you need to catch up on any remote work during your stay. The convenient kitchenette area comes complete with a fridge and a dishwasher, along with handy countertop appliances including a cooktop, an oven/microwave, a toaster, and a single-cup coffee maker. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
