Security Cameras: We do not have any cameras located in common areas, the only internal camera is in our supply closet which is to remain locked and is for authorized personnel only. The camera in the supply closet is motion activated only and does not record sound. However, we do have one camera in the garage, and others on the outside of the property which cover the patio fence line and part of the back alley and golf course, along with a Ring Doorbell. The only camera that records audio is the Ring Doorbell. We have a garage door app, this is only in the case of a guest(s) forgetting to close the garage door after leaving (for a short or long period of time).
