Spacious 3 Bedroom Luxury Home With a Private Pool
About this space
Centrally located in the heart of Woodland Hills, this hip and trendy 3/2 home has a secluded pool, private backyard, pergola, fire pit and game room. Clean, cozy home, just a short drive from Topanga Shopping Center, Calabasas Commons, dining, recreation, entertainment, Topanga Canyon and the beaches of Malibu. Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in this neighborhood!
The space
The home is a 3/2 split bedroom plan. The primary bedroom has a plush king size bed and 55" TV. The second and third bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds.The living room has a 70" TV and a cool "pub area" to hang out at if you don't feel like being a couch potato. The kitchen is bright with a formal dinging room, perfect for home cooked meals or delivery. The game room has a foosball table and an area to play board games or cards. Equipped with central AC & heat, washer/dryer and high speed internet. The outdoor patio/pool area is a serene oasis complete with a fire pit and pergola.
Guest access
The entire property except for any locked space.
Other things to note
Check in's prior to 3pm are subject to a fee pending upon availability.
Check-out's later than 10am are subject to a fee pending upon availability.
*QUIET HOURS between 10pm-8am
*NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND, you will be asked to leave without a refund and charged for any damages.
*NO SMOKING inside the property - a $500 violation fee will be incurred.
*NO FIREWORKS
*6 guest occupancy MAX. Only guests on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight in the property.
*Pool is NOT HEATED and is PRIVATE, for your use only.
*There is not a baby security gate around the pool for small children.

It is not included with this listing and does not share any part of the main house, its amenities, or access points. The ADU ensures full privacy and independence from the main property.
