Amazing custom Lake Travis lakefront home on main channel. Lake views from every room but one front bedroom. 5 bedrooms, including a bunk room (XL, 80”), 3.5 baths. Sports room on 2nd level with 9’ Brunswick pool table and 14’ shuffle board table. Including full wall of useable albums. Also, enjoy ping pong and bags set. 9ft Jacuzzi. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Dock availability for hanging out, swimming, fishing, two stand-up paddle boards. Sorry, no access to personal boat and Jet skis.

Imagine all on main level, an awesome gathering great room (family, dinning, kitchen) for loads of family time. Master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, full bathroom, and 1/2 bathroom off entry. This is our primary home residence wanting to share our home while we visit family our of State. NOTE: our availability dates our flexible between March 25th - May 26th with a minimum of 4 week commitment.

Hard to describe how nice this home is. This is our primary home but would like to spend a month with some of our family in another state. Take advantage of a great nearly new home (built in 2018) and fantastic laid back area on Lake Travis.

Everything about this custom home is unique. Every single room but one front bedroom has Lake Travis views in this lakefront home. Four bedrooms plus bunk room. Custom ceiling fans in every room in the house. Enjoy new Brunswick 9' billiard table, 14' shuffle board table, ping pong table and bags set for family / friends enjoyment. One mile away from The Lighthouse restaurant on Lake Travis. 5 miles from Poodies Hilltop Roadhouse (live music 7 days a week). 25 minutes from Lakeway, and 45 minutes from downtown Austin.
