Guest Access:
This 6-bed, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests. You’ll have access to the entire home, covered lanai, game room, and pool area, as well as the resort amenities.

If upgrades are desired, we need the request 48 hours in advance. We will send an invoice, and upon payment, we will schedule this service. If the request is less than 24 hours in advance, we will still do our best to provide these services, but keep in mind that the pool takes 24 hours to heat.

Pack 'n Play is provided at NO charge, but ask us about additional upgrades such as full sized cribs, freezers, etc.

Getting Around:
Guests may park 2 cars on the carport, and additional parking spots are available as first come first serve in the resort parking lot. HOA will tow anyone parking on the grass.

•No pets are permitted in the home at any time
•No parties are allowed- Strictly enforced
•For your safety, we have Ring surveillance cameras at the front door

CRITTERS AND CREATURES
•In Florida, you will almost certainly see some amazing creatures. We particularly love watching the tropical birds. There are also alligators, insects, gnats, ants, iguanas, spiders, snakes, mice, rats, scorpions, and other creatures. Almost everywhere in the state, including our villa and resort, is a possible place to run into insects or animals. While we take precautions and have regular pest control, we cannot guarantee a critter or creepy-crawly-free experience. If they worry you or your kids, please don't book our villa because we do not provide refunds if you encounter any wild creatures or insects during your visit. Please let us know if you notice anything in or around your villa so we can contact our pest control or the proper authorities.
•Even after verifying and paying, reservation is not complete until a signed rental agreement is received. ANY GUEST WHO REFUSES TO SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CHECK-IN INFORMATION WILL HAVE THEIR RESERVATION CANCELED.
•Guest(s) shall allow Homeowner or Homeowner's representative access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
