Life is busy, but at the lake everyone comes together!

Inside the renovated cottage, opulent finishes adorn every corner. Positioned north of the Outlet Mall and Dawsonville's vibrant venues, the main level boasts an inviting gourmet kitchen seamlessly connecting to the stylish family room adorned with a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for entertaining. The spacious master suite ensures optimal comfort, featuring barn-door access to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest room offers a queen and single bed, complemented by a walk-in closet, while the guest bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo. Step out onto the deck and immerse yourself in nature.

The lower level of the cabin is a treasure trove of amenities. Engage in a game of pool or try your hand at ping pong. Lounge on the oversized sectional while enjoying your favorite movie and sporting events. This level also hosts a sleeping nook, a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. We reserve the right to ask a guest to vacate the property if they do not follow the house rules. No Smoking.
$100 per person over the occupancy limit charged for any unauthorized guest daily. All trash must be disposed of in outside containers. $50 Pet Fee.

Great place

This was a great property. We definitely had fun inside since the weather didn't cooperate. You will need to bring something to stream your favorite service for the TVs, since there is no cable service, this wouldn't normally be an issue but since it was raining all weekend we didn't get to enjoy the dock as much as we would have liked.

Dahlonega Friends Getaway

The lake house is convenient to so many areas: Dahlonega, Cleveland, Helen and Dawsonville. We loved the surrounding areas but we also enjoyed coming back to the house and hanging out. The furnishings were a comfortable and the space was perfect. Loved the view of the laktemperature

Great stay at the lake!

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at Toto Creek. The house is beautiful and easy access to restaurants and parks nearby. We rented a boat and enjoyed having the dock to store it and swim. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect!

This place is so cute & clean! Beautifully remodeled, decorated so lovely & most importantly: clean!! The walk to the dock isnt bad, a bit steep at one part but not bad at all. Roomy, everything you could need is there including games, the pool table & ping pong is so fun! Awesome stay at a beautiful lake property. :)

Great place!!!

We loved this house! We had our kids & grandkids staying here (10) of us. There was plenty of room and the downstairs was a great play area! We will be back with a boat and stay longer! The walk to the lake is a little long and steep but worth it. Could use some shade up top of the dock for those wanting out of the sun . The

Perfect Lake Life

All the details and amenities adding comfort and fun to our family friends lake trip! Tucked away enough for the kids to swim and kayak away from a lot of boat traffic, this house was perfect for us. Inside the kids had an awesome downstairs to play, chill and sleep. The beds were all comfortable and when we walked in, it just felt like home. Would love to stay again!

Great Lake Vacation

We had a great time and loved the house. We spent a lot of time at the dock swimming, fishing, and using the kayaks. The walk down to the lake is steep. The kitchen was missing some essential items like spices and pot holders. The bedrooms didn’t have dressers but do have closet space. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We enjoyed playing pool and eating dinner on the screened patio. Overall, the stay was wonderful and we would stay again!

Excellent Lake House and Dock! Perfect for families and friends!

We loved our stay at this lake house! There was plenty of room and loved all the extras that came with the house. We were looking for a local area to stay but also to get away. We brought our jetski and the dock had jet ski slips for us. The boat ramp is very close also making it so convenient! The walk down to the dock is a little steep, but we got in our exercise daily, lol. Jessica with the management company sent a lot of communication before our stay so there wasn't really anything to reach out to them about. Love this part of the lake and definitely would love to stay here again!

Amazing lake house!

We had a fantastic time at this lake house. Looks like a small house from the outside, but packs a big punch on the inside! Lots of room to spread out and play cards, color or watch tv on the rainy days. My husband even enjoyed working from the huge screened porch! The path to the dock is steep in one section, but there is a rope tied to the trees if you need a little help with balance. We had no problems carrying our things up and down the path. House is very stylish and definitely made us feel like we were on a special vacation!

Great Lake retreat closes to everything

The house is newly remodeled so looks new and modern. We like the layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs and kids get their space downstairs. 3 bathrooms are all new and nice., plenty of bedding and linens were provided. Property manager Jessica is wonderful and respond to our questions quickly. The walk path down to the lake is a little steep and there is no steps, so elderly people may find it a little hard to get down there. We could not find Lifejackets so we did not try to kayak. this was not listed on the listing as provided so it was our oversight and we should have brought our own. But other than that the house itself is perfect for the 6 of us and we completely enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend.

Spring Break Staycation

We had a great time at this house! We had three kids, our dog, and grandma join us for a little lake getaway. We spent lots of time cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, playing card games in the spacious living room, making smores at the fire pit, and cruising the lake on our boat that we were able to bring thanks to the great dock this house comes with. It stormed on us which changed our lake plans but we were perfectly okay with it because it gave us time to enjoy our favorite part of the house; the screened in back porch! The host was great at communicating leading up to the trip and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing retreat

We enjoyed our stay . The neighborhood was so quiet you felt like you were miles and miles from civilization but yet every convenience you needed was really just 10 minutes away. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. Would def recommend for families looking for a getaway.
