Issues we had.

The unit only has 1 parking spot for a unit that sleeps 8. The shower wouldnt drain, the shower curtain fell every 30 mins. The ac disnt work well and unit wouldnt get below 78. Realtors trying to enter without notice. No forks. Some lights and outlets didnt work. All the cups and pans were nasty and dirty. The toliet broke 2x. I fixed the toliet and changed the dirty air filter myself.

A dump

When we arrived, we were given an online portal with check-in information, which ended up being incorrect. Upon calling (our first of several), they gave us a new code to unlock the door. We then walked in to an unkept, unclean, unwelcoming apartment. The unit featured a broken and unusable dishwasher, drawers with broken handles, a couch covered in sand, and a tv with a broken screen as though someone threw something at it. As we moved deeper into the apartment, one bedroom's comforters were left in the closet (also broken) and were covered in the hair, both dog and human. Inspecting this bedroom closet also caused the cockroaches to show themselves and join us in the bedroom. The other bedroom's comforters were at least on the beds, but were paper thin and low quality. The cockroaches became the least of our worries when we showered for the first time. Stepping into the shower comes with a squelch sound with every step because the tub insert did not fit. When taking a shower, water hemorrhages in between the new tub fitter and the old tub, which left us concerned about a undoubtable mold issue beneath our feet and in our lungs. The walls in each room were riddled with dirt and marks. While the property owners were communicative about our issues, they attempted to submit work orders, which was unrealistic for the severity of the issues. We stayed one of our planned five nights and were able to get a refund from the property company for our remaining nights.
