This is a private condo and has been gutted to the studs and renewed with top quality finishes. Wood Flooring, A full Leather Very COMFY Sectional, Gorgeous Bath, Custom doors and hardware, Impact Windows with low-E gas for sound and weather. Fully appointed kitchen with Keurig Coffee maker, Cuisinart Food processor, Blender, waffle maker, and lots of other cooking utensils, dishwasher. Black out shades in bedroom, auto-roll up blind in living room, Surround sound speakers, Lots of beach things and beach towels. Remote control fans and lights. Walk to the local Beachfront Restaurant - Caddy's, a 7-11, Paddleboard Rentals, Ski-doo rentals, boat rentals. Ride the FREE "SunRunner" bus to downtown St. Pete or over to St. Pete Beach. Swim in the pool which is heated when necessary. Sarasota is just down the road an hour away, Ellenton Premium Outlets is 30 mins away. Tampa is 30 Minutes away with Lots to see and do.

Stress free vacay

Condo listing is accurately described. Views from balcony are terrific. Close to anything you could possibly want. Will not hesitate to visit again.

Beautiful stay

Very nicely updated condo. Have stayed at the sunset chateau for several years and this by far was the best condo we have rented yet! Equipped with everything you will need for your stay! Already looking forward to booking again next year!

St Pete getaway

Beautiful condo! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Quiet area but close to anywhere you wanted to go. Can’t wait to come back!

Me and my wife got married here on Sunset beach. This space had all we could ever need and more. Very clean, spacious, good proximity from everything yet a little secluded. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Sunsets

If you are looking for a super clean place steps away from the beach look no further. Beach chairs included. We sat on the beach, walked down the beach to Caddy's for lunch and drinks. Condo was perfect, clean, beach towels, Smart TV's couldn't ask for more. We will be back.

Property is directly on the beach! Condo is newly renovated. The owners are wonderful to work with! They have thought of everything to make your stay more enjoyable! Will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL!!!

Our 2nd time staying Sunset Chateau, first time staying at Unit 309. My husband saw it on Vrbo & we agreed it was closest to what we are used to in our own home, especially the step in shower, etc. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Linda was very responsive & all instructions were easy to follow. We recommend Sunset Chateau & unit 309!

We have been to Treasure Island many times and this condo was the best we have ever stayed in! It’s very clean and modern with beautiful views! The communication with the owner was super easy, kind, and helpful. Next time we are in the area we hope to get this condo again!

Beautiful Beach Condo

My husband and I stay in Treasure Island twice a year, and this is the most updated condo we’ve ever stayed in. Not only was it updated, it was directly on the beach. The owner was communicative and kept us up to date prior to and throughout the trip. We’re used to bringing all traveling essentials with us, but the condo was already stocked. It was nice in case we forgot something. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome place

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. The beach chairs were very nice. We loved how close it was to the beach. The location is great. It is away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to the grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Linda is the perfect owner. She is so attentive. I let her know the pool was cold and within a couple hours someone was out to fix it. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful location

The property was exactly as described. It was updated and very nice. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Just steps to the beach and a short walk to a couple of restaurants. It’s also nice all the little extras that are provided. Such as dish detergent, zip loc bags and trash bags. The only thing that would make it perfect was a washer and dryer in the unit. They have laundry on each floor but I don’t particularly like sharing with everyone. It was clean but the housekeeping could do a little better.

So close to the water!

309 had everything! Super clean & comfortable. Well stocked on everything! We had done a Walmart trip before check in to buy TP & basics but they were unnecessary. Super impressed! No smoking or vaping on balconies. The threat notices in the elevator are a bit over the top. Would be nice to have an ashtray somewhere downstairs. The beach chairs were zero gravity. Had an umbrella & some other beach items. Even had condiments in the fridge! We left our extras to the stockpile. Would definitely book again. Didn't enjoy the dogs or drunks but what can ya do.

Absolutely Wonderful

I booked this condo for my inlaws. We stay in TI every year at Sunset Chateau. They were the first guests to stay in this new, renovated condo and heres what they had to say about their 7 night stay: "Breathtaking views of the sunsets cannot be put into words! You are right on the beach. This place far exceeded our expectations and is top notch! Everything you could possibly need was provided- water and condiments were even stocked in the fridge for us along with chairs, beach toys, towels, sunscreen and the like! The hallway closet is FULL of supplies and pantry staples! We loved how you can dim the lights throughout the entire condo. The bed was so comfy along with the couch. We fell in love with the bidet toilet and I've talked my husband into buying us one lol! This condo is completely upgraded, from counter tops and stainless steel appliances, to beautiful floors and wonderful artwork throughout. Wine and Alcohol was also fully stocked much to our surprise!!!! We wish we could have stayed forever. This place truly is a paradise. You will not be disappointed, I can promise you that! The beach is quiet and beautiful. Loved seeing dolphins every morning! Perfect honeymoon getaway. The host was absolutely fabulous. We left a jacket and she offered to ship it to us. How thoughtful! This place is a gem and we will 100% stay here again.
