The house has everything you need to make you feel like you are at home and the resort-style backyard will make you want to stay awhile. Large dining table with kitchen space and a beautiful breakfast area, comfy couch with a tv in the living room and an overall modern but cozy interior design.

1. Ring camera by the front door;

Beautiful Pool and Inside

This property gave our family a relaxing place to enjoy time after a long beach day. The property manager 'Adam' was very helpful on all communications.

Retreat

We hosted a retreat of a few Mothers of Veteran Suicide. The moms had plenty of space to relax and enjoy their time in Bradenton. I will book this house for future retreats!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. The owner is amazing, my daughter left a ring behind at the property and he made sure that it got back safely to her. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Great listing in Bradenton

This listing was a home away from home! The home is cleanl, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked to make a home cooked meal, and aesthetically pleasing. For the pool water, it has the perfect amount of chlorine level which made it great to take a relaxing swim to start/end the day. Also, the home perfectly located to what Bradenton & Sarasota has to offer. Finally, Adam is a great communicators and welcoming!

We were in town for my nieces wedding on Ana Marie Island. This location was great. Just a little drive to the island and the beaches. The house was amazing. The beds are so comfortable. Adam was a great host very responsive. The backyard was exactly like the photos. So beautiful and relaxing. Already looking for another time to stay here!!!! Thanks for everything Adam!

Staycation

We stayed in this property to have a weekend getaway before summer vacation ended. This house was the best choice we could have made. The house was super clean upon entry the rooms were all more then accommodating for all of our family this man really tough of everything in regard to comfort. But the highlight of the house was the beautiful backyard it was like being in a resort we loved the pool and barbecuing we will definitely book this home again.

I thought everything was excellent, a very nice, spacious house, located in a good place, the only thing I should check the air conditioning because it doesn't keep the house very cold! But I definitely recommend it.

Proceed with caution

The property was beautiful. Great outdoor space and wonderful heated pool. While the space was great, the host seemed to want to up charge us for random things. They told us there were issues with the front door, which had issues when we checked in. There was also damage the back door, which was hanging by a thread also when we arrived. One of our tall guests broke the footboard of the bunkbed accidentally and he charged us 500. The grill was filthy when we arrived and there was no propane. He said we could fill one if we wanted to use it, but we weren’t going to fill a whole tank to use it twice. Overall it was a nice place, but not worth the hassle of him nickel and diming us, trying to charge us for things we didn’t do, especially since it was so high priced to begin with.

Great place, close to beach

Spacious home, close to Anna Maria island, well stock with necessities. Owner responses very quickly to any inquiry. Slightly negative issues- my Vrbo site stated a hot tub( even pulled it up to show hubby) there is not one. Pool only got to 80-82 on Friday, the day before I left. While cleaning prior to leaving I went to the second bathroom(did not use it) found trash not taken out from previous renters. Like I stated these are only slightly negative. I would still recommend this home and would return

The backyard/pool area was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Felt like your own private tropical retreat. Great location. 10-15 minutes from multiple beaches and less than 5 minutes from multiple grocery stores. Will definitely be booking it again next time.

Family vacation

This house was wonderful for our family vacation. My mother who is 76 and uses a walker was able to access the home easily. The pool was beautiful especially at night and everyone enjoyed it. The house is big and spacious. Lots of room to all sit and watch a movie together. The beds were comfortable. Adam always responded to questions and was helpful. We would definitely book this house again.

Scammer!! Beware!!

1. Make sure you take pictures of every single piece of furniture when you arrive! Bunk beds ladder was broken and not attached to bed. When my son tried to climb down he slipped and landed on the frame of the bottom bunk and it broke. I purchased the insurance and they ended up telling me I that I didn't and that I owed them money for the bed and a chair that we supposably broke also. 2. Make sure you bring everything that you would think that a rental should provide, because they don't. 3. And this is a big one... they video record you. There was no notification that this would happen. It was quite creepy. Overall the home was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. But as far as Adam the property manager he will try to scam you to get more money from you every way possible!!! Major lessons learned that's for sure!!!!
