With Wi-Fi, ample parking, and outdoor seating front and back, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and park area are great for kids, and boat rentals are available nearby.

Whether you're here for a weekend retreat or visiting a loved one at Ft. Leonard Wood, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. With stunning lakefront views, cozy living spaces, and modern amenities, it’s ideal for families, groups, or a peaceful escape.
What You'll Love:
• Relaxing Atmosphere – Wake up to breathtaking lake views and enjoy your morning coffee on the patio.
• Family-Friendly Layout – The third bedroom is a fun loft with four twin beds, accessible by a spiral staircase—perfect for kids or extra guests.
• Convenience – A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and free parking make extended stays effortless.
Fishing & Lake Access:
Fish right off the dock and soak in the serene waters. While no boat slip is included, I can provide information on nearby rentals for those bringing watercraft.
Perfect for Military Families:
Located about an hour from Ft. Leonard Wood, this condo is a great option for families visiting soldiers on leave. With plenty of space to relax, a peaceful environment, and close proximity to the lake, it's the perfect retreat to reconnect and recharge.
Important Information:
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early or late requests are rarely accommodated—consider booking an extra night if flexibility is needed.
• Pet-Free Home: Ensuring a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
• Guest Limit: The base rate includes up to 3 guests; additional guests are $15 per night to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs.
• Quiet Retreat: No parties or events—this is a space for relaxing getaways.
• Rental Agreement: Required for stays of 14 days or more.
• As we do not have access to a boat slip, please make separate arrangements if you require one. There is designated parking available for boat trailers on the premises. Please mention the Bay Point Village complex when making arrangements for boat slips.

• Trash Disposal: Guests are kindly asked to dispose of trash in the on-site dumpster during their stay.
