This home sits on a large lawn, perfectly and newly built on a quiet street, situated a block from Grand Lagoon and 5 blocks from World Famous beaches.
The Living area provides plenty of seating and entertainment opportunities in the form of a 55" HDTV smart TV- sign in and stream on your favorite apps. free Wi-Fi (of course). The open eat in kitchen has lots of counter space plus all the major and minor appliances you need- all Brand new pots, pans, dishes and tableware you need to enjoy anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal.

* Do not park in the front yard
* No pets allowed on the premises
* No parties
* No fireworks
* No horseplay in the house or on the furniture
* We will charge for any damage to the property, house or furnishings
* PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am. We have wonderful, friendly neighbors and wish to maintain a great relationship.
