Welcome to the ANAH condominium, managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Enjoy this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium. This condominium is located in the center of Playa del Carmen, just four blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue, in one of the most accessible areas of the city.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed, full bathroom with shower, and a closet; additionally, the main bedroom has access to a balcony with views of the building. The guest room offers a king-size bed, closet, and full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.
This condominium has a living room with television and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook your favorite meal. The building has a terrace with an outdoor pool, rest area, bathroom, sun loungers, elevator, gym, and business center.
This condominium is located in a very central area of Playa del Carmen, in the surroundings you can enjoy shopping centers, restaurants, bars and it is also very close to the beach.
From the moment of your reservation, our concierge can help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and Cobá. Among the additional concierge services, we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service, and many others.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
