Bring your flip-flops and pack that sunscreen, Jacksonville Beach has 22 miles of wide, uncrowded, white-sandy beaches that offer visitors majestic sunrises and star filled nights. Visitors will find plenty to do and a variety of water activities. Casual fun restaurants, nightlife hotspots, souvenir shops blend into the scene without crowding the views of the shorelines in Jacksonville Beach.

At the end of your beach-filled days, return to the comfort of your townhome and unwind on the patio or gather in the living area for movie nights and quality time with your loved ones. Our townhome is your sanctuary by the sea, providing the perfect blend of relaxation, convenience, and coastal charm.
Sleeps 8. There are three bedrooms in the house, one with a king bed, and two with queen bed making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a washer and dryer available for your convenience. 2 couches in the living room on the 1st floor.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.
*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
REFUND DISCLAIMER:
Please note that if a refund is issued for your booking, the processing fee of 3.9% will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3.9% processing fee per Stripe’s return policy. This applies to direct bookings and bookings made through select booking channels. Thank you for your understanding.
●No cats allowed.
● No garage access. For liability reasons, per our insurance we must keep the garage doors closed. Why you may ask? In the past year we have had garage doors ran into, hit by trucks, fall off the tracks, and even our garage door motor knocked off the ceiling by a vehicle. Each time is generally a $1500+ fix.
● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
● Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
● Please no smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front
patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. (smoke is really hard to get out)
● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
●Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY.
