This home has direct lake access (no road to cross) and a 80ft private dock for swimming, fishing, sunbathing or kayaking. Guests are able to use the "pebble beach" area to launch kayaks, but must bring your lown life vests.

Just 5-10 minutes to Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Casino & Raceway, and Downtown Saratoga (named top 10 best main streets in America). Easy access to public launches, public beaches, great restaurants, live entertainment, bars, golf courses and shopping.

The Primary Bedroom is located on the 3rd level and has the most amazing view of the lake. There is a luxurary premium king bed w/ flat screen TV.
The other 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st level; 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom with a full size bed. All beds are brand new, high end mattresses.

The Primary Bathroom (on 3rd level) has a walk in shower, double vanity, soaking tub, and huge walk in closet. The Main Bathroom (on 1st level) has a tub/shower combination and includes a stackable washer/dryer. Hair dryers and iron/iron boards provided.

In addition to providing the linens (sheets/towels), lake towels are also provided. Extra pillows and blankets are kept in each bedroom closet.

Guest enter on the 2nd level, main floor, from the circular driveway. The moment you walk into this home, you will be greeted by the views of Saratoga Lake. This home features an open concept that has the living room, dining room, and kitchen with a walk out deck for outside seating areas. Perfect for enjoying some morning Joe! The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep for 8 people. The Living room features beautiful leather seating with sofa, love seat, and chair with ottomans. There is a large 65" flat screen smart TV with all the streaming apps.

The 1st level kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator & microwave.

The covered patio offers outdoor dining seating for 6 people and 4 comfortable lounge chairs to take in the lake views. Just off to the end of the patio, there is both a Weber grill and Blackstone grill to use for meal preparation.

The 1st level family room is furnished with a leather couch and love seat as well as a 65" flat screen TV equipped to stream your favorative sites.

There is parking available for up to 4 cars in the circular driveway. The steps (to both the 1st level patio and the private dock) are large stepping stones and guests must use caution when using . For these safety reasons, no children under the age of 12 yrs old are permitted .

There are several security cameras on the outside of the property for security and safety reasons.
