The Space:
Relax in the beautiful relaxing two-bedroom apartment, with a large outdoor balcony with dining area and hammock.
You will get two large king beds, and a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room.
For more privacy, use one bedroom as a lock-off with a separate entrance make two independent apartments out of the space.

The stylish Tulum-inspired design with natural tones and local materials was planned and executed by 'House of Ash' from Amsterdam.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to all the amenities of the building free of charge. These include the gym, rooftop pool, garden pool, movie theater, lounge areas, parking spaces, and more.

The Neighborhood:
The property is centrally located next to Coba road, which leads directly to the beach. It is also walking distance to the numerous shops and restaurants of downtown Tulum, as well as to the bus station with frequent buses to and from Cancun.
Right adjacent to the building are multiple chic cafes and boutique stores, and right across the street is Tulums best grocery supermarket (Chedraui).
This neighborhood is the only walkable area in Tulum where no car is required to get around.

Getting Around:
This walkable neighborhood means you do not need a car. Most guests are using a beach bike to get around. Cabo road, which is right adjacent to the property has a dedicated bike path going straight to the beach in less than 10 minutes. We can help you with the rental if needed.
There is also a bus that runs from Cancun directly to a bus stop near the property.
Excursions can be booked locally with pickup. But if you prefer to have a car, there is free garage parking, or if full free street parking.

Interaction with Guests:
Our communication with guests starts from 9 am till 5 pm, after this time we are still gonna be able to answer any question or solve any situation, just keep in mind might have a delay since is not working ours for all our vendors and staff.
