Our apartment is located about 5 minutes from downtown Mendoza in an area with an intense nightlife and commercial life.
Aristides Villanueva Avenue, where much of the nightlife and gastronomy of the city is concentrated, is just a few minutes walk or drive away.
This accommodation is in a building with character, which, although not old, has retained some of its original charm, providing a cozy and authentic atmosphere.
The property has a bedroom with a queen size bed, secondary bedroom with two single beds.
It has a small private patio.
The living room has a large and comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a single bed.
It also has a full bathroom and an integrated kitchen-dining room concept, fully equipped for 5 people.
