The fully equipped kitchen is small, but a culinary haven, complete with everything you should need. Weekend Getaway

This condo was very cute and perfect spot for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed the back patio facing the water and watching the boats. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The place is immaculate and the decor is the absolute cutest!! The bed was sooooo comfortable. Slept sooo good! Unfortunately we didn't get to spend much time there. In town for a concert.

comfortable and quiet

Branson is a town with lots to do and see. It was nice to come home and relax. It was like home. Kitchen had what we needed to cook when we wanted. Bed was comfortable. Double sink made it very easy to get ready for the night. You could tell the place was decorated with love.

A Wonderful Explosion of Christmas Spirit

My wife and I were blown away by the Christmas Decorations right when we walked in. My wife was smiling from ear to ear from all the Decorations and just festive spirit the condo put her in.

Surpassed expectations on every level.

My first VRBO experience. The property was clean, upscale with many extra nice touches, decorated inviting and relaxing. The location was close enough to Branson and stores etc.., but serene and quiet, very picturesque beautiful setting with a river view, plenty of nice walking areas. An overall great experience. The host was quick to answer any little questions I had.

Cute and clean

This condo was so cute and cozy! Loved the decor and attention to details. We were greeted with lights on, the electric fireplace going, and music playing. Such a nice touch! Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the water was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the fishing boats. We even saw a bald eagle by the water not too far from the condo. Honestly, can’t think of one negative. Would definitely stay again!

Almost all good

For the most part this place is great. I don’t want to say that I am dissatisfied at all . There were some young kids above us and we could hear every move they made. Music got loud and at 10:00 I called Ashley and she made the phone call and it stopped. Thanks Ashley ! This place looks very clean except for the foor, My white socks were black after the first day. The deck overlooks the river with a great view but….. it needs to be swept off and sprayed for all the spiders. There was a wasp nest under the table.The grill was not clean enough for me.It actually needs to be replaced ! The patio slider latch does not work, they provide a piece or wood for a temporary lock. The centerpiece on the deck got tore up by the crows. Please don’t think that I didn’t enjoy the place…..there are a couple things that I would address. Thanks again Ashley for the phone call !

The condo was decorated cute. Other than that it wasn’t a great stay. The bedroom had a musty mold smell about it. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and dirty. All the doors in the condo were dirty by the door handle. The floors were sticky in some spots. Our socks were dirty walking through the condo. The sliding glass door didn’t lock. Just had the wooden bar at the bottom. The bathtub was slick. Both of us almost fell. The balcony was dirty as well as the grill. The table and chairs took up most of the room. Rocking chairs would have been nice. We have been to Branson several times and never had problems with any of the hotels we stayed at. So we thought we would try a VRBO this time. The large garbage dumpster was full when we arrived. The smell was horrible. There were flies everywhere.Every time we opened the door flies got in. We didn’t stay for our second night last night. Decided we would rather drive the 6 hours home after seeing David than staying another night. A refund for that night would be nice. Would definitely not recommend.

All the Christmas Magic

Myself and 3 friends stayed here for a 40th bday weekend. We walked in and were instantly surrounded with Christmas! It was so perfect. The tree was on, there were Christmas songs playing and it even smelled like cinnamon! The unit was very clean, we had a great view from the back porch, and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint is that you can hear the neighbors coming and going but quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am and we never had issues during this time frame. Will definitely be booking with Ashley again!

We were here for the week visiting for a baseball tournament for my son. The place is cute and nicely decorated, but is too small for the amount of things/knickknacks placed on the counters. The sinks in the bathroom are oversized for the countertops, leaving little space for your personal items (toothpaste, hair products, make-up bag, face wash, lotion, etc). There’s also a basket and large vase with a feather that take up even further space. There’s a large vase in the middle of the kitchen table with a faux plant that overflows onto the table, removing a place to eat. The coffee pot is not easy to operate. It’s not a simple push of a button to brew your coffee. We had to Google the brand name and watch about 6 minutes of a video to have our first cup of coffee. Instructions on how to operate need to be left at the property. The picture of the lake in the back is not as it appears. My husband and son were desperately hoping to throw their fishing poles in the lake from the shore, but there is a very large, rocky drop off from the edge of the property to the lake, as well as quite a bit of distance. While the property description didn’t advertise fishing, the pictures have one to believe you’re within walking distance to the shoreline, which is not the case. On the flipside, Ashley was very responsive with a maintenance issue we experienced when we first arrived. Since it was the weekend, it did not get resolved until Monday, but Ashley did acknowledge the concern.

The cutest and coziest little retreat

Thank you Ashley for such a cute little place to rest after our Branson adventures. The inside is so wonderfully decorated! Love the sweet little decorations of adorable quotes. Everything is as gorgeous as it is in the pictures. We loved sitting on the little porch in front of Lake Tanycomo, we had no issues with noise disturbances. Literally SO MUCH is within minutes of here. Ashley does have some cooking pots/pans should you decide to cook yourself. Maria Bonita’s at the entrance was SO good! There wasn’t a place we ate at that wasn’t good. We used Walmart and the Price Chopper for any grocery items, again, within minutes of here, AND the Expresso drive through coffee was amazing in the same area as the stores. 10/10 would stay here again!!!

Was great!! Location was close to everything, but far enough out to feel like you were away. The covered deck was perfect to hang out and watch the water go by. The place was clean and my wife said it was decorated very cute. Would stay here again.

I hadn’t received my check in email but Ashley quickly messaged me all the info when I contacted her. The condo worked really well for my husband and I. It’s a great location and we’ve stayed in the area several times. Bed was comfy and we slept well. My husband loved the bedside fans. We didn’t notice a lot of outside noise. Our only “complaints” would be having to hunt for extra toilet tissue, and not really having enough towels and wash clothes for our stay. It was really hot while we were there and we showered more than we maybe would have if we hadn’t gotten so hot and sweaty. (The air conditioning was awesome though and it was nice knowing we could come back to the condo to cool down throughout the day!) The tub was a little slippery; might consider a grab bar for getting in and out. We didn’t end up using the grill or range; despite instructions to clean the grill it didn’t look like that had been done in quite some time. We loved the double bathroom sinks whole getting ready to hit the town. Thank you Ashley! It’s a great place to stay and we will be recommending your condo to family and friends!

Stay on the lake

We came to Branson for a sporting event. This place was fabulous. The check-in experience was not. We got to town hoping to check in at check-in time and never had received the instructions. After texts and messages to the host and no reply, I had to contact Vrbo directly, which was a very timely process. They had to send me over to a specialist who then told me they would be trying to contact the host directly. Within 30 minutes I got our check-in instructions. I had tried for 3-4 hours to get them. We were just happy to get the code and open the door. The place was perfection, truly. Please stay here! I’m sure this doesn’t happen often, but I have to leave an honest review. My sons walked to the marina every day to fish off the dock and it was only 5 for the entire day! They loved it. It took them only a few minutes to get there. Location was amazing. The master bed and pillows were so comfortable I wanted to pack it in my car and take them home with me! Sofa bed was the opposite. We ended up going and purchasing an air mattress, but this was our choice. The sofa was just too hard for us, even with the pad that was provided.

I am so excited about this property! It is our newest unit - completely remodeled and I think my favorite! I love the fall creek location as it is so close to the Branson 76 Corridor, the Lakes (it is sitting on one) and easy back access to SDC!

This unit is amazing as it is our first lakefront property. Lake Taneycomo is tranquil, beautiful and so much life buzzing around. So peaceful to just sit on the back patio and get lost is the fog rising off the water, or the birds flying above or the little groundhog who has made the backyard his home. Also - the Marina is literally 100ft away (within close walking distance) and easy to fish off. This unit is truly a gem.
