The stairway and bedrooms are carpeted for a cozy feel, and the sleeping arrangements include 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, and 4 Twin beds to suit various group sizes.

Enjoy the convenience of free parking on a first-come, first-serve basis, with no street parking allowed. The home is equipped with central heating, linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-house washer and dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, free cable TV, and high-speed internet. Starter supplies include 1 roll of paper towels, a dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all bins, and a new toilet paper roll in each bathroom. Complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided in all full bathrooms. Since this is a self-catering home, we recommend visiting the nearest supermarket for additional supplies. Pool Heat: Available for $50.00 per day (must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days before check-in).
Non-Smoking & No Pets: A minimum $400 charge applies for violations.
Starter Supplies: Includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar soap, personal hygiene items, dish soap/sponge, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.
Housekeeping: Not provided daily but available upon request for an additional fee. The unit is professionally cleaned before check-in.
