The pond is spring fed from natural springs on the property. The ground is soft clay and the water was tested, with great results. Bringing your water shoes is recommended to enjoy a classic pond experience!

Guest access:
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property—make yourself completely at home. A car is required for access, and in winter, we strongly recommend a 4×4 or all‑wheel‑drive vehicle to navigate the steep driveway with ease.

Kind reminder: This is a private home, not a hotel—please enjoy it with the care you would your own. If any issue arises, we’ll respond swiftly, though no staff reside on‑site 24/7. For insurance purposes, all guests must sign our rental agreement before arrival; a sample appears under “Additional Rules".
