✹ BASIC ESSENTIALS: We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more.
We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles MAX in the large driveway. Please note that we share a driveway with the neighboring home.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, a high chair, children’s books and toys, and more.
✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy at this location. But, we manage other pet-friendly properties in the area. Please let us know if you’d be interested in one of those.
✹ LARGER GROUPS: If you’re traveling with a larger group and looking for extra accommodation, we have another property just one minute away. Please inquire for more details.

✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters and insects. Bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas. Do NOT interact with bears - they are cute but can be dangerous!

: This is not next to the parkway! It is quiet, relaxing, and you can hear yourself think out here! If you want the noise, traffic, parties, and lights of Pigeon Forge, this will not be a good fit! Ask us about our other properties closer to the Parkway.
