30 day minimum stay. Welcome to the Seahorse Sanctuary, a 2br retreat in the heart of Cocoa Beach! You will be 3 short blocks away from the beach and a quick stroll to many restaurants, bars, live music venues, cafes, quaint beach shops, the river, parks, and the farmers market! This charming beach condo is updated, modern, spacious, and spotless clean! You will walk into this apartment and immediately feel a cheerful, warm, and welcoming beach vibe that will set the mood for a perfect vacation! Though just blocks away from all of the action, this condo is located on a very quiet, residential street, so you will have plenty of tranquility, and an opportunity to relax in peace and quiet. As for the building, you will be in a single story, triplex, so you will not have any stairs, or elevators to navigate, and you will not have anybody above or below you! You will enter your condo through a lush tropical garden, and open the front door to find a spotless clean, fully furnished sanctuary, with all of the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a very comfortable high end queen mattress, and the second bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds, all with luxurious, plush linens. The master has a large flat screen smart TV as well! The living room has a brand new, comfy, leather sofa, and another large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home - a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, a crock pot, a blender, a toaster, a microwave, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There is a small dining table with two chairs, and 2 barstools at the counter. You will also have wonderful, private, outdoor space to relax in, including a small fully fenced back yard, and a large screened in, furnished, patio. Add to all of this an icy cold central A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, and free off street parking too!

From you front door you can take a short walk to some of the best restaurants that Cocoa Beach has to offer, such as Gregory's Steak House, Coconuts on the Beach, Jazzy's Mainly Lobster, and The Alibi! Catch a band at Area 142, or have a Bloody Mary at Hunker Down's famous Sunday Bloody Mary bar, where the Bloody Mary's are more like breakfast! Wake up and take a 2 block stroll to Café Surfinista, a darling café and surf shop, with the best coffee in town! While in Cocoa Beach take a bioluminescent kayak tour, visit the pier, catch one of the many rocket launches, spend a day at the Kennedy Space Center, visit one of the parks where you can see Manatees and dolphins, or spend the day shopping at Historic downtown Cocoa Village! And don't miss a visit Port Canaveral with it's many open air restaurants where you can watch the cruise ships come into port or sail away!
