Stayin' A Hive (yes, like the BeeGees) is a honeybee themed house with plenty of space, natural light, cozy kitchen, and decorative dining room that leads to an open deck overlooking a peaceful backyard. Upstairs loft serves as an entertainment room that overlooks the living area. Host a dinner party, baby shower, bachelor/bachelorette trip, & football season hangouts in this unique and charismatic home.
This home is located 10 minutes from the Mercedes Benz Stadium. This home is located in the Mozley Park neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. Mozley Park is a historic neighborhood that was founded in the early 1900s. The neighborhood is home to a diverse mix of residents, including families, professionals, and artists. The neighborhood is known for its tree-lined streets, historic homes, and proximity to the Atlanta Beltline. The Beltline is a 22-mile loop of trails and parks that is currently under construction. When completed, the Beltline will be a major recreation and transportation corridor for Atlanta. The home is located just steps from the Beltline. The home is also within walking distance of several parks, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation, making it easy to get around Atlanta. Here are some of the things you can do in the Mozley Park neighborhood:
• Visit the Mozley Park Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
• Go for a walk or bike ride on the Atlanta Beltline.
• Enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in the neighborhood, such as the Beacon, JCT Kitchen, or The Painted Pin.
• Visit the Westside Cultural Arts Center, which offers a variety of art classes, workshops, and performances.
• Take a walk through the Historic Fourth Ward Park, which is a beautiful park with a lake, a playground, and a dog park.
The Mozley Park neighborhood is a great place to live, work, and raise a family. It is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood with a lot to offer its residents.
• No loud noise after 11 pm. This is to respect the neighbors and ensure a peaceful night's sleep for everyone.
• No food or drinks in bedrooms. This helps to keep the bedrooms clean and free of spills.
• We welcome parties & events. We ask that you let us know ahead of time as many details as you can about your party so that we may assist you in having the best experience possible at the Hive. This includes dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties, football watch parties, family reunions, film & photography, birthday parties, baby showers, holidays, and business gatherings. • All parties and events require prior approval from the host. This includes any gatherings that would create excessive noise or disturbance to the neighbors. Maximum number of guests is 20. Any guests above 20 will be charged $200 per person. • No smoking. This is to protect the health of guests and the property.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will be charged a $250 fee per pet.
• Check-in is at 4PM day of reservation and checkout is 11AM on final day of reservation. This is to ensure that the property is available for other guests and that the host has time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests. Early check-in/ late check-out times must be approved by Host and both are a $75 fee.
• Commercial photography and filming are permitted & can be booked through our Peerspace.
• Under no circumstances do we permit weapons on the property.

This list is available in the kitchen. Please take a moment to review the list and let us know if you have any questions. We understand that accidents happen, and if something is accidentally broken or lost, we will not charge you for it. However, if you intentionally take or damage any items, we will charge you the replacement cost. The replacement cost for each item is listed on the inventory list. We will charge you the actual cost of the item, plus a $50 handling fee. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. We want to ensure that our home is in good condition for future guests.
