Pako kauniille Destin-rannalle, Florida. Tässä kolmen makuuhuoneen Maravilla # 1207 -huoneistossa on sivukuva Meksikonlahdesta omalta parvekkeeltasi. Tämä huoneisto on täysin varustettu mahtavaan oleskeluun rannalla, ilmaisella wifi, oma parveke ja tilavat oleskelutilat. Rentoudu jommankumman Maravillan uima-altaan vieressä, kun et pelaa rannalla. Awsome Place

nice convenient quiet relaxing place to stay. This was our second time. It was a lot of fun. Beach awesome - Beach staff great - Pools are very nice! Parking great. In middle of lots of things to do. Will be back!

Not suitable for rental

This property was in no way suitable for rental much less for a long term (2months) stay. I could write as book on the things wrong with this unit upon our arrival. Just a few highlights… all exterior lights and the stove lights were burned out, door closer fell off when we opened the door, screen was blowing in the wind on the sliding glass door, toilets and floors were filthy, carpet in living room was disgusting with stains and areas melted, walls and trim are chipped and damaged, couch and chair were worn out. (we rented furniture from rent-a-center for two months), washing machine didn’t work properly ( the hot and cold hoses were reversed) the batteries in the automatic door lock died and we were locked out for four hours on Superbowl Sunday. ( we had to cancel friends coming over for the game) The property manager was attentive and quick the make repairs if owner gave approval. I asked for compensation for all the issues we had and was given a whopping $100 for our troubles. Never again!

Where does the cleaning fee go?

We had a good time overall. Location was good and it was a short walk to the beach. The unit was not the cleanest by any means. Not sure where the cleaning fee goes and is too much for the job done. They ask that you walk the trash to the dumpster and start the dishwasher before leaving. Not sure why this isn’t included in the cleaning fee. We took Clorox wipes and wipes down everything first. I would highly recommend that. That provided some sense of ease. The unit had a broom but no dustpan, so beach sand was everywhere. We arrived after dark and the buildings are dark. We drove around trying to figure out where to go. My daughter and I were shaken upon arriving finding the door to the unit open and the lights on. We weren’t sure if this was normal, if someone had been in there or if there had been a breach of security. We hesitantly did a walkthrough to ensure our safety. All in all, I would stay there again.

Overall resort was nice but the individual unit left a lot to be desired

Upon arriving earlier than expected, the management company was very clear units are available after 4pm, unless early arrival is purchased. We were okay with this even though any time this has been the case at other properties in the area, the property manager has accommodated guests arriving early. However, cleaning staff was still in the room until 4:20pm. Upon entering, we immediately noticed a significant amount of mold on the shower curtain in the Master Bath (we later saw a review from a couple months earlier stating as much). Additionally, we had to vacuum the A/C vent in the 2nd bath as it was absolutely disgusting. This was certainly unexpected given the amount of the cleaning fee paid as well as the fact the mold issue was mentioned 2 months prior and the cleaning crew was 20 minutes late leaving the unit. Next, when we plugged the coffee maker in, the GFI outlet sparked and then wouldn’t reset, leaving that circuit of outlets unusable the rest of the trip. Finally, the door handle on the sliding doors fell off the first time we used it. The two bolts had previously been broken off with the other side still threaded. Rather than replacing the handle (a 5 minute repair job), the handles were literally super glued together. We alerted Southern about the issues described. They responded to the text within a couple hours and said they were submitting a work order. A work crew showed up out of the blue Friday AM at 9am (we checked out Sat AM). The shower mold and plugs issues were never addressed. Overall, we enjoyed the resort as a whole, but the individual unit left a lot to be desired, especially when compared to the value we received in return for our fees relative to other properties in the area.

It was ok, just not as clean as I expected

The coffee pot still had a filter and old coffee in it so the first morning I had to clean that along with dishes that were dirty in the cabinets so we could cook... then the shower in the master bedroom had black mold on the curtain liner and our patio was not swept or clean at all.... I called the people to tell them I was upset that I was cleaning while I was on vacation and didnt understand why I'm charged a cleaning fee if it's not clean to begin with. They didnt offer to refund the cleaning fee but instead wanted to send someone there to clean while I'm there. This is my third time coming to the Destin area and this was my least favorite place to stay. For the money you spend to stay in that area I expect really nice, clean places.

not very happy with this unit.

I was not happy with the furnishings in this unit. We have stayed in numerous units at Maravilla and this is probably the worst. The couch had rips in 2 or 3 places. The other chair had a very loose cover with stains and it did not match the couch. There was a big stain on the carpet by the sliding door. The beds were sub par the toilets were nasty when we got there and the dishes were still in the dishwasher. Very poor job of keeping unit up. I was very disappointed in this unit. Dirty

The condo was dirty. Dishes in the cabinets dirty. The bedding was dirty and guest services told us we could wash them. They charge a high cleaning fee yet you clean everything apparently. So not sure why they charge the fee. The workout facilities are a joke with machines from the 80's that don't work.
