This charming yellow home is an old beauty that has been renovated to create a comfortable stay for you. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home located in historic Franklinton. Central to everything in Columbus!
Franklinton neighborhood is home to folks who live to find inspiration through experiences. With access to galleries, public art, community gardens and breweries - it doesn’t matter if you’re a foodie, an artist, or a science/history buff, there is something here to enjoy for everyone.

In our home you will find:
# 3 nice sized bedrooms with queen beds.
# Hardwood floors and exposed brick create a charming atmosphere
# Newly renovated kitchen with granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space.

# Cozy living and dining area
# Convenient first-floor laundry
# Fast wifi, Smart TV and 2 desk setups
# Fenced in backyard, perfect for dogs

And a skip away are Tafts Brewery, Makers Social, Landgrant, Brewdog, The Peninsula, Cosi, National Veterans Memorial, Scioto River Park, 400 Rich art community, and Gravity.

Biking is our most favorite way to get around Columbus from Franklinton. Being so close to everything, you can cover a lot of ground and truly get to know the city more. There are CoGo bike share stations located in Franklinton.
Uber and Lyft are also great ways to get around in Columbus. You can get to most parts of downtown in under 10 minutes, and most other parts of Columbus in under 20 minutes.
