Lovingly remodeled Farmhouse on 50-acre pastoral setting. Recently upgraded to 2 Queen & 2 king beds. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the wrap around porch overlooking the hillside. Whether enjoying the many local tours, the Bourbon Trail, great local restaurants, wineries; going to Keeneland for the races; thoroughbred sale or to enjoy the grounds; Kentucky Horse Park, train rides and tours of the area. This cozy home is decorated in warm tones, completely set up for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your favorite dinner. Microwave, toaster oven, electric oven & range. Keurig coffee provided or use the Coffee Maker for a full pot. Washer and dryer with soap & dryer sheets included. Enjoy moon lit fires at the firepit on the upper patio. Wood is provided as no extra charge.

Country charm
The house was a very nice place to stay. The country side is beautiful and the cows were fun to see on the property. House was very clean and the manager responded quickly when contacted. Only issue was there was only one tv in the house and it was broken during our entire stay.

Beautiful, well appointed farmhouse in the country
We were four friends exploring bourbon country and the beautiful countryside of Kentucky. The farmhouse was in a perfect location for several of the distilleries including our favorite, Buffalo Trace. The farmhouse was lovely and very well appointed. The home was spacious and had a relaxing wrap around porch where we spent our mornings drinking coffee and our evenings sipping cocktails while reliving our day. I certainly recommend this property to anyone seeking a bucolic setting in bourbon country.

Six adult Friends spend several days in the Lexington area. Our stay in this home was the perfect setting. The location was ideal for peace and quiet, and yet it was close to the bourbon Trail, close to Keeneland, close to Lexington, and still you felt removed from the whole world when you were there. The beds were outstanding. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of, the charcoal grill was supplied with charcoal and there were even fire pits and wood available. We loved it and hope to come back again with our family.

Originally from Wisconsin, when we first met our dream was to own a home with a huge wrap around front porch. From the moment we pulled into this driveway we knew, this was the property for us. We fell in love with the houses, the peace and quiet, amazing views and presence all around us. We are moving our current beef cattle operation to Versailles and soon will have cattle in the 40 acre pasture. The inventory of exotic trees and colorful spring flowers have been fun to watch as they come up seasonally in the gardens. Gene and Nancy both love gardening and planting new trees and flowers. With a background in retail & food service, we want your experience to remind you of country gentry living. It has been so much fun setting up the house. In doing so we have shopped at the amazing Consignment and resale boutiques in the area. A big shout out to Market on Main in Versailles, a coop re-sale store you can enjoy their shop and go next door to the cafe for a bite of lunch. Bluegrass Estates Sales in Lexington has found pieces for us. Mariella is a pleasure and joy to work with.

After looking at several properties we drove down the winding road past miles of brown board fence and civil war era stone walls. Horses grazing and cattle roaming the endless fields. As we approached the driveway the Main House appeared up the Hill. We gasped!! The very large traditional southern wrap around porch was the first thing we saw and fell in love with. It was our dream to find. The home surrounded by giant Locust, Oak & Maple trees with its beautiful garden areas. As the story goes, the farm had been in the former owner's family for 3 generations, just like our farm. The original house was moved in 1920 to this location from across the street pulled by a team of horses. We could feel the history around us.
Located in Woodford County the property is still very conveniently located to the City of Versailles and its amenities. We love the moon lit nights, the sound of the birds nesting nearby in the trees and bushes. Fink Farm will have cows grazing in the pasture soon this fall. The ultimate home and hobby farm in one.

Fink Farm is a combination of what is charming about the older traditional Kentucky farmhouse and what is convenient and a must for today as we work and travel at the same time. It starts at the front door and the charm and amazing size of the wrap around porch.
Mutiple seating areas, the porch catches both the sunrise and the sunset views. Multiple gardens and paths around the property are for you to enjoy. Two firepits to choose from for looking at the stars, on a clear night appear to be so close you can touch them.
The feeling of being in your own world, overlook views, acres of pasture, privacy and comfort. We want your stay to be one you remember and want to come back too. If you are like we are, you will find yourselves, in spite of all there is to do, just wanting to stay at home!!!
