Enjoy a stylish experience at this unique, modern duplex in Downtown Ferndale. Both apartments are newly renovated and perfect for a stay in the Metro Detroit. It's located off of 9 mile in the heart of Downtown. There is both an upper and lower unit within this Duplex building.

Both units are available to be rented together or separately.

We want to ensure all of our guests have the best stay! We are available when needed but also know some guest prefer their space! If you have any issues or need anything at all please message us through the application or give us a call and we will aim to respond within that same hour!

This home sits 2 blocks from two of the best restaurants in Ferndale: Voyager which is a trendy seafood restaurant and Mezcal which has the best tacos in town. Located on a quiet street off of 9 mile in downtown Ferndale. Easy walking access to the downtown area and all the greatest restaurants the city has to offer!

This duplex includes both an upper apartment and lower apartment. Both units have 1 bed and 1 bathroom with fully stocked kitchens. Both units have Smart TV and fast wifi. There are separate entries to the units. There is a cozy backyard where you can hangout with friends and have bon fires in the summer months!

The backyard can be accessed through the patio off the backdoor of the unit. The yard has furniture and a fire pit for you to enjoy some downtime or hangout in the space with friends and family!
