Guests must respect the quite hours of 9pm - 8am. No loud noise from the property allowed at any time. It is a city requirement.

Please park in the garage and the driveway. Limit street parking.

Absolutely NO parties or gatherings of any kind.

Our maximum occupancy per the city is SEVEN(7).

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the game room and everything else they had to offer. Matt and Blair were very good at communicating as well. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to a lot of places as well.

Short trip to visit family

Stayed here with my two college age kids. Close to family in St Peters. Also easy to get to St Charles for and to good restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Game room downstairs was a real bonus.

Stayed at this lovely home for 5 days, and felt like I was at home. was ahomewas at home.

Fun Game Room in a Quiet Safe Neighborhood

I was drawn to this property because of the awesome game room. With 3 boys under 6 this definitely held their attention. Ammenties were plentiful as far as the cooking appliances and cooking accessories. Bedding was clean and the decor was cute. Nice welcome basket of treats. Owner provided laundry tabs and dishwasher tabs. Owner was great with communication. One comment regarding the listing, it stated 4 bedrooms which it was not and the photos also showed fabric bedframes but they were metal bedframes upon check in. Thanks for letting us stay!

St. Louis fun

We had an amazing time staying here during our trip to St. Louis! My son uses a wheelchair, and we were able to use his portable ramps at the front step with no issues. The open layout of the living room was perfect for him to move around freely. After a long drive, the snack tray left for us was such a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The game room was a huge hit with our kids — the murals on the walls are stunning and added such a fun vibe.All the amenities we needed were provided, which made settling in so easy. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. While the neighbors weren’t very friendly, they kept to themselves, and we had no concerns about leaving one of our cars parked all day.The air conditioning worked incredibly well — honestly, the best we’ve ever experienced! After spending a hot day at the zoo, it felt amazing to come back to a cool house. The hot water was also impressively hot, which was great for evening showers.This home was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. It made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely love to come back again!
