The Howdy Retreat is a 2400 sq/ft uniquely designed & decorated home in Aggieland designed for family-friendly and group entertainment.

This retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, and beds to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. With 2 indoor living spaces and a sprawling backyard, there is plenty of room to gather.

The indoorsy type? Enjoy the chef’s kitchen inside equipped with a full size gas stove and oven, or gather around the 75” TV in the main living room to watch your favorite sports team or movie. Regardless of the reason for your visit, you will leave The Howdy Retreat with lasting memories.

Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share a restroom that has a pocket door which divide the standing shower from the his and hers sink space.

The house has DirectTV streaming on all TVs. With smart TV capability, you can log in to your favorite steaming apps to keep up with your favorite shows.

The Howdy Retreat’s open-concept kitchen is connected to the main living space with an island that boasts 4 bar-height stools. It is also fully stocked for the chef of the group. The kitchen includes:

-4-slot toaster
-Can opener and bottle opener
-Plates, bowls, cups, mugs and utensils
-Kid safe tableware
-Coffee bar with a carafe and K-cup option

Outside, the fun continues with a wood burning fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs. The oversized patio houses an outdoor dining table for 6 and an 8-seater lounge area. Guests also have access to the 4-burner propane gas grill and outdoor games, which include Connect 4, Jenga, and cornhole. The garage also serves as a gathering spot eith a 4-seater bar-height table and a Ping-Pong table.

Pardon Our Dust:
-The backyard underwent significant improvements, so the backyard may become muddy during wet weather while grass regrows
-2nd living area runs a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house, though is still comfortable. We are working to correct the issue, but please feel free to use the floor fan in the garage for additional comfort in the meantime
