Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! There is a gorgeous wooden dining room table right off the kitchen with bench seating and access into the living room.

Sunrise Mountain Lodge is the perfect place to both play and relax! The expansive game room hosts a massive flat-screen TV, perfect for those family movie nights. And, in addition to the media area, you are also met with hours and hours of entertainment – from the pool table and three separate arcade games, no one will be bored! Enjoy one of the many decks and sit back and relax in a rocking chair while sipping on your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Or spend some time with a loved one on the porch swing. And, for those perfect nights of roasting smores with the family, relax next to the fire pit and enjoy the fresh mountain air. ★PARKING★
Free parking for up to 5 vehicles

★AIRPORT★
McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 50 minute drive to our cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you are flying in to the Smokies.

★ROADS★ Easy drive. The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin, including the private paved driveway. Cell phone service may get lost in the mountains. Printing or taking screenshots of the directions before making your way to the cabin is recommended.

★COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS★
Shortly before you arrive I'll send you a coupon book with dozens and dozens of discounts for all of the top attractions in the area. This includes the best dinner shows, pancake restaurants, adventure parks, museums, and even an exotic animal park. If you want inspiration for your vacation activities, this will definitely give you enough for your visit!

★COOL THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA★
Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville are the three main cities that comprise the area. Everything is spread out a bit and there are amazing things to keep you busy...

- Amazing dinner shows to entertain kids of all ages
- Museums of all types: classic cars, Alcatraz, Titanic, and several children's museums

Guest access
Guests will be able to access all the amenities of the cabin.

Other things to note

AGE: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents / accompanying adult.

WEATHER:
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

SECURITY CAMERA: There are security cameras on the front porch in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/ NON-VAPING cabin.

OCCUPANCY: 14 Person Maximum. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine by local authorities for not adhering to sprinklers/fire safety, running out of well water, and overflowing the septic tank.

OUTDOOR GRILL:
A charcoal grill is provided for your use, please do not try move the grill for safety reasons. Bring your favorite charcoal. Ash can go in the attachment below the grill.

TRASH: Please dump liquids (not oil) into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure trash bags in the bearproof trash containers by driveway. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. If needed, there are trash drop-off convenience centers, the closest location is at 3365 Birds Creek Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876.

WELL WATER: Water supply is solely from a private well. It is safe to drink but we suggest bringing bottled water. Please practice water conservation to avoid loss of water. After use of these showers and washer, the well will need to be replenished so please allow adequate time before additional heavy water use.

CRITTERS: This cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears and snakes. Please practice bear safety. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, do not feed or try to approach a bear, and do not leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out.

CURTAINS: Most of the rooms have curtains. However, there is plenty of natural light in the cabin. Please bring eye masks if light is bothersome in the morning.

We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen sponge, linens, and towels.
