The dock on the left side of the property is ideal for boats up to 24 feet long, providing access to over 40 miles of boatable waterway on Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River.

Please note there is a driveway that goes all the way to the right side of property that owner and groundskeeper use to access the right dock which is not part of the rental. The dock on the left side of the property is available for guests to use. The beach is entirely private for renters.
