When you put this address in your phone's GPS, it may direct you to the leasing office. Here are some quick directions to help you find your way from the leasing office to the apartment:

1. GPS will take you to the leasing office building, you should see the pool and/or a colorful mural from BPW Club Road.
2. Do not pull into the leasing office. Keep driving to the stop sign at the end of BPW Club Road.
3. At the stop sign, make a left turn onto Tar Hill Dr.
4. Make the first left after the stop sign.
5. Building V is the first one of your left. The apartment unit 11 is on the second level. Take the third entrance/bridge up to V11.
6. Feel free to park anywhere as no parking pass is required.

We take your health seriously, ensuring our apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each check-out. Though we keep pests at bay with regular control measures, a warm climate can sometimes lead to a few insects inside.

At our apartment, we strive to create a tranquil and comfortable environment for all our guests. While we understand the love for furry friends, we kindly request that you leave your pets at home during your stay.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we have a strict no-party policy and prohibit smoking inside the unit. Please note that outdoor surveillance cameras and noise detection software are in place to discourage any disruptive behavior.
