This home away from home enjoys a quiet and peaceful location near restaurants, convenience stores, and must-visit attractions that include Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet Mall, Country Tonite Theatre, Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster, Dolly Parton's Stampede, Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and Ober Gatlinburg.

This air-conditioned retreat boasts a beautifully decorated and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Gather around the warmth of the fireplace and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV in the living room, or take advantage of your very own hot tub on the back deck and wash all of your worries away. This deck also offers a picnic table and a gas grill - the perfect setting for alfresco meals and summertime barbecues. Back inside, the home's kitchen has been appointed with all the major appliances needed to prepare culinary masterpieces for the crew. There is also a front deck where you can wind down and enjoy the scenery.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
