City of Fort Lauderdale Regulations:
Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children under 13.
Parking: Guests must park only in designated areas as outlined in the guest manual. Parking on grass or the street is prohibited to maintain property and neighborhood standards.
Noise: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, noise should not be audible for more than one minute from 25 feet or more beyond the property line. This applies from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, with respectful limits observed during the day.
House Rules:
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property; no additional visitors are allowed.
No Smoking: Smoking indoors is prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged for smoke removal, and a $50 fee applies for cigarette butt disposal.
Pets: Pets up to 25 lbs. are allowed with prior approval. Pets must be supervised, kept off furniture, and waste must be disposed of properly. A $50 fee applies for pet waste removal.
Safety:
Children must be supervised at all times, especially on the patio. Running on the patio is not allowed for safety reasons.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Please follow the check-in/check-out times and procedures outlined in the house manual.
Damages:
Report any damages or breakages to the host immediately.
