The private backyard paradise features a furnished patio, a gas grill, and a huge, fountain-fed pool with a waterslide. There's even a dog run in the sideyard for four-legged family members to get some outdoor exercise.

Interior highlights include an all-access elevator, a filtrated water system, a home office, a gourmet kitchen with an ice maker located in the pantry, and a deluxe downstairs cinema with plush theater seating. The lavish main-floor living area features strong natural lighting, a smart TV, and a central fireplace. A "hidden" upstairs TV/game nook offers a private space that younger guests will love.

The home is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center and within easy reach of groceries, gas, and dining options. The Buddy Holly Center and downtown Lubbock entertainment venues are just 10 miles north. Currently, the pool heating is not available.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
