This spacious studio is a duplex (2 separate and private spaces that are attached), Renters live on the right side of the property.

Pets: Only Dogs ( must be approved by host with breed verification). Sorry no CATs. No exceptions.

This Cozy studio is brand new and features new laminate flooring, an air-conditioning unit and high-speed internet. The kitchen features a small refrigerator, gas range stove, Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the utensils for your culinary needs. There is also a fire stick TV with Channels, please log in to your amazon, or Netflix to use.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
Keep any noise low after 10pm. Any cited noise violations will be deducted from the security deposit. This is a VERY quiet neighborhood, Therefore, If you are having some sort of celebration and need a home where you can party, play loud music or make a lot of noise, this is NOT the home for you.

Street Parking is the designated parking area and is available.
(See signs for street sweeping days to avoid parking citations).

Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. No Smoking permitted inside the house at all.

-EARLY CHECK IN: upon request only. We cannot guarantee it, as sometimes the room might not be ready before 3pm.

-We kindly DECLINED ALL Late Check-out as we have to Clean the Home for same day Guests.

-The Deposit is Not Charged. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all.
-The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking.
-If you are looking for directions or locations it is best to look up "Trip Advisor" for things to do in the Area and "Yelp" for Restaurants. (FREE Apps on your phone)
-We will send you all Information and address 2-3 days prior to your arrival.
