Weekend get away

Our third visit to Laurel. Loved the d add tea and especially the Arabian theater. Our virbo house was wonderful. Would gladly stay there another visit.

very helpful host

the host was apprehensive about renting to us from past experience but my crew was all married and just wanted a place to stay work and eat during our stay and the host accommodated us.

Great place to stay in Laurel!

Very nice house with everything you could need. The washer and dryer were especially welcome. Came in April, so really enjoyed sitting (and napping) on the screened in back porch.

Great Place

Our stay was amazing we loved everything about the place. We had everything we needed. Well decorated felt like home. Loved sitting in the screen in porch you can hear so many different kinds of birds. Great area to enjoy your morning coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Laurel

This property is amazing!! Clean, cool and just far enough out of the downtown. The furnishings are so comfortable and soft! It was a really great experience!!!

The Screen Porch!

When we were at the house we spent most of our time on the screen porch! It was one of my favorite things about the house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay in for a few days with more than we could ask for that was provided. Highly recommend if you want a quiet neighborhood that’s also close to downtown.

Gorgeous cottage

LOVED everything about this quaint, but elegant cottage. Never turned the TV on. Weather was awesome so we made use of the screened in porch. Beautifully decorated and had everything we could ask for. Hosts answered questions immediately. Would love to stay again.

Amazing!!

I rented this amazing property for my parents as a Christmas present. They had my aunt and two of her friends visit as well. All loved the location and its proximity to Laurel and enjoyed the southern charm. Owners of the property were the friendliest I have ever met. No detail was overlooked and my parents were thrilled with everything! I would highly recommend you stop searching for other properties and choose this one. You will not be disappointed!

Home Away From Home

I don’t think I could come up with enough adjectives to convey what a joy it was to rent this property. My family and I were taking a trip and decided to do a stop in Laurel, Mississippi. From the first interaction with the owner to the last, I could not have asked for it to go any smoother. She was always a step ahead of us and our needs. The house is an older home and very welcoming. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated. They went above and beyond to make it that way. There were waters, snacks, coffee and creamers waiting for us. The information that was in her welcome binder was so helpful. She checked on us and assured us we had 24/7 access to her and brother. We never hesitated to call on her for questions about the area. The kids were able to play in the front and back yards. It was an amazing trip.

Great Host and Charming Home!

The Host was a gem from the start of our trip to the day we checked out. Allowing us early check and late check out. I enjoyed the fact that everything and I do mean everything we needed in a VRBO rental was provided. We were able to cook cooks because dishes, cookware and utensils were provided. It's a rare treat because now days people rent these large family homes and won't even provide a glass in the kitchen let alone pots, pans and other cooking abd serving utensils I would rent this home again on my return visit to Laurel. Beds were comfy and the trow blanket badkets around the home are a nice touch. We definitely used those our entire stay. My husband enjoyed the enclosed deck, spending most of the day out there. There is a sound machine in the front bedroom which is a plus + in my book. I enjoyed iylt so much I went and ordered me one for my own home. I have already shared the VRBO link with other family members. Once against thank you for your great Southern Hospitality! Me and my family appreciate the great welcome!

Cozy Bungalow It Really Is!!!!

Perfect place for a girls getaway for 3 of my childhood friends and I! We loved the Cozy Bungalow! It was very clean! The beds were super comfy! It was nicely decorated and was very well stocked! When we weren’t enjoying the town of Laurel, we spent lots of time on the amazing back porch that was completely screened! We spent mornings drinking coffee and the evenings having cocktails out there! There was an abundance of birds chirping all the time! So so private and so relaxing! The dining room table was perfect for game playing! Communication with the host, Jeanne, was excellent! Although it was not walking distance to downtown, it was a perfect location for us! Very quiet neighborhood and within a mile and a half of the downtown area! The coffee pot was a Keurig for cups only and did not have an option to brew a pot of coffee! They did have a french press pot available! We easily made do with the K cups, but would suggest when replacing the current Keurig, do so with one that would have the option to brew cups or carafes! We loved the cozy bungalow so much and would definitely stay here again! We would highly recommend it to others traveling to visit the Town of Laurel area!
