You will feel like you are one with the Gulf! ​ Bathe yourself with natural light and unmatched views from this 3 bedroom 3 bath 1700 sq ft condo - the whole back of the condo has wrap-around windows facing the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. Renovated kitchen, new floors throughout, updated bathrooms, and easily sleeps 8 guests. Walk out of the building to the pristine sugar-white sandy beach. ​ Located in the Windward Tower at Edgewater Resort in Panama City Beach, you are next to a heated pool and just a short walk to the huge Oasis pool, kiddie pool, hot tub and fabulous restaurant. Come and let the stress of everyday life wash away as you watch the glorious sunsets from the balcony. If you are looking for amenities, look no further! ​ This is a Non-Smoking Unit along with a fully enforced NO PET Policy. Within the gated Edgewater retreat is a Private Restaurant & Bar, Paradise Pizza, Edgies Corner Market (serving Starbucks Coffee), a complete Fitness Center w/massage therapist, 10 Lighted Tennis Courts, 2 Basketball courts, 11 Swimming pools including the resort's huge Lagoon pool, 4 hot tubs, Kids Adventure Zone with Splash Pad for the little ones, Sky Trail, Dive-In Movies by the pool, a golf course and Security 24 hrs 7 days a week. Guest Registration Required: Guest registration fees include entry to the resort and use of many amenities (pools, hot tubs, splash pad, Oceans Restaurant, Edgie’s surf shop, beach access, and more; other Club amenities such as golf, fitness center, and all court sports still carry an additional fee) and one vehicle access pass. Registration fees are not parking fees. They must be paid regardless of how a guest arrives on the property. Fees are not impacted by whether your guest has a vehicle or not. The guest registration fee is $50 per stay (regardless of duration). A second vehicle may be added for $30. While discouraged in the summer because of limited space, TWO extra vehicles may be added for $80. Extra motorcycles are $20 each during non-Bike week. A trailer/RV/pull behind in off season non- Bike week is $40/week. ​

1st time back to PCB in 20+years
I grew up going to PCB every year and wanted to bring my 8 year old to enjoy some of the same things! I wanted parking/beach convience with a pool, but also on the beach side….this unit was perfect for my wishlist! We parked right by the door and never waited on an elevator and only a few steps away from the beach- perfection!!!

We love Edgewater!
We always choose Edgewater. Perfect location and the unit met all of our needs for a long weekend at the beach. Our grandchildren love the lagoon pool and the karaoke and the adults love the drink shack and grabbing a pizza for lunch right by the pool. The personal communication with the owners was top notch!

Great Beachfront Condo
My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and access to the beach was easy! The view from the balcony was stunning. The description in the listing was quite accurate - no surprises there. Communication with the management company was great; they were very responsive and provided detailed information that answered all our questions. This made the logistics of our stay very easy. My only criticism would be the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. The linens were all clean as were the bathrooms and all that, but it just looked like somebody forgot to run a vacuum through the place. I'm not talking about just sand either because we understand that sand is a part of beach life. I'm talking about food crumbs, etc. around the kitchen and dining area. Overall, though, the positives of this property and its location greatly outweighed this negative. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We have stayed at Edgewater several times over the years, but this condo is the BEST we have stayed in. Overall very good condition and the owners were very proactive and responsive. Would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Definitely will stay here again!
This place was wonderful for our family of 8! The views from the balcony were amazing and perfect, particularly at sunset. We found everything we needed in the unit, it was on the end of the building, so little foot traffic, and it allowed us all to have our own space while chilling at the beach. There were some items on the balcony that the weather has worn down, but we were able to manage just fine with what was there. Can't wait till next time!

Good trip but we will not stay at this condo unit in the future
We love the Edgewater Resort, but this unit needs a lot of attention for the amount of money that you pay to rent the unit. We we're assured the unit was "Covid Clean." Beds we're clean but not all of them were comfy. The rest of the unit was not clean. I cleaned it myself. There is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms and the 3 lamps in the inside bedroom did not work making the room very dark. The water pressure was very hard. One shower head was broken, so you always ended up with a good puddle of water in the floor. We had to contact the property manager about a broken toilet. They did come and fix it. When I voiced my opinion about the cleanliest of the unit, I was sent a generic email. I would not recommend this unit but definitely recommend the Edgewater Resort.

Always a great vacation
We've been staying in Panama City for 19 years now. We have stayed in many units in Edgewater over the years but this unit is our favorite. We have rented it multiple years now and it's always clean and updated. We love the location and the property management is awesome to deal with. We hope to stay in this unit again next year.

Some parts of the resort could have had more attention to cleaning. The locks on the balcony doors could use some attention. Overall, our stay at this resort was pretty good, and the views from the complete wall of windows, was awesome.

Very Deceiving
This place was way overpriced for what it was. The pictures DO NOT accurately show the unit! The ceiling is literally falling down, tons of cosmetic issues and the one bathroom, it’s air vent is literally covered in black mold. The large bathtub is kinda scary looking-can’t tell if it’s dirty or damaged. The showers have no pressure and water goes everywhere. Couldn’t lock sliding glass doors. Water at bottom of fridge when we arrived. The AC couldn’t go below 70. Description and photos are very deceptive. Very disappointed in this listing!

The view of the beach with the many windows was amazing and the property management responded right away when we had a need. The resort was nice and we loved how nearly all of the pools were heated since it was a little chilly. The TVs with Rokus was great. The condo is okay but it is lacking in many details. With a little effort and not much money the condo could be greatly elevated and it would enhance the experience. Here are just a few examples: - the cleaning company does a very basic job and it appears it has been a long time since any detailed cleaning. The place was very dusty and appeared to only be wiped down if things were visually dirty. - opened food was left in the fridge from previous renters - the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced - it sagged in the middle - No booklet or info about the property / resort was provided except a one page sheet on the fridge. We found out later in the week there is an app for the resort that would have been helpful to learn about all amenities, etc… - multiple kitchen chairs were very loose and just needed to be tighted and a few were even missing bolts. - it needs to have the many marks / scratches on the ceiling and walls smoothed out and repainted. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way - especially on the baseboards (they were very very dirty) - two of the couches had plywood under the cushion so they were a little hard With a little extra work the condo could be elevated.

The views from the balcony were fantastic. The unit itself was spacious. Only complaint was the lack of air movement on the balcony. The sun hits directly on the balcony making it stifling hit with no air movement. Would definitely stay here again

Adult Relaxating Beach Trip
The property was very close to what was advertised on VRBO. The property was very well stocked with all needed items. The king mattress could be updated but the Property managers communicated very well with all our needs. Would rent this place again.

Location, Value & Potential
This 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath condo met our family needs for a comfortable and fun family vacation (8 people, ages 6-64). The condo was in a great location in the Winward building of the Edgewood Complex. 4th Floor corner room with a great view of the ocean and just steps away from our fun on the beach, or at the many pools at the complex. But . . the condo could easily be a 4-star with a little money invested and some TLC. While everything was "comfortable", the beds could use new mattresses, the lighting could be improved, curtains were missing in one of the bedrooms, and some of the provided items were no where to be found (ironing board, hair dryers). Some of the pictures in the listing need to be updated so that you "get what you see". A little patchwork and fresh paint would spruce up the "feel good" feeling of this vacation stay. The staff at K-Tori's Beach Rental were easy to work with and responsive when we had questions.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious condo. The balcony was amazing and the neighboring resort had nightly music that was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had plenty of water pressure.
