This condominium is fully equipped and has a lots of space for your gear. The ski trails are just a short walk from your door with access to all lifts and skier services. There is a wood-burning fireplace and fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Lots of additional sleeping means everyone can join in the fun. Boots go in mudroom, skis in the locker. This condo is located in the Winterplace complex with easy access to the Sunburst Six and A/B Quad chairlifts.

Enjoy a mid this mid mountain location at the top of Okemo’s A/B Quad chairlifts, with direct ski access to the Sunburst Six Pack Bubble Chair and features its own indoor pool/hot tub facility and tennis courts. A ski-in ski out complex with a mix of direct ski access and short walks to ski access.

RENTAL RULES
14 DAYS: Property is available to rent for a maximum of 14 days per calendar year only.
SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. Parking pass are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.
OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.
PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are necessary and will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.
CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.
FIREPLACE USAGE: Is permitted. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.
INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.
CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.
PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4pm Check out time is no later than 11:00PM.
