Welcome to “The Lookout” at Laketown Wharf, a gorgeous three bedroom, three bathroom condo in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. A stone’s throw away from the beach, complete with a full sweet of amenities. This is your next vacation destination!

Upon entering “The Lookout,” you will find two bedrooms immediately on your right and left. Both bedrooms are spacious including king beds, drawers and dressers for storage space, ample lighting from the overhead and lamps, and flatscreen TVs. In the bedroom on the immediate left, there is an adjoining full bathroom complete with a shower, tub, and single vanity. As you continue walking down the hallway, you will find a set of bunk beds on your left which are perfect for the kids! In addition, there is another full bathroom complete with a shower, tub, and single vanity. Directly across from this bathroom on the other side of the hallway are the stackable washer and dryer. Toward the end of the hallway, you will find an open space featuring the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances including a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar. In the living room, you have a cozy space with a queen pullout, a flatscreen tv and access to the patio. At the end of the hallway to the left, you will be captivated by the master bedroom and adjoining bathroom. The bedroom comes fully equipped with a king bed, drawers and dressers for storage space, ample lighting, and a flatscreen tv. Further, it has direct access to the patio! The master bathroom has a double vanity, spacious standing shower, and a large jacuzzi tub.

Now, for the best part: the patio! You have panoramic views of the lakefront and Panama City. What can be better than that?
