Our fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. You can enjoy your meals at the kitchen table, which seats 8, with 4 at the bar.

The family room features a 55” 4K Smart TV and a seating area that can serve as a relaxing reading area or perhaps a workstation during your stay. Play the piano while enjoying the views.

In the downstairs game room, you will find an air hockey table, foosball, pool table, karaoke, darts, indoor basketball and tons of board games!

Outdoors you'll find beautiful areas to relax on both the main and upper floors, including a BBQ on the 2nd floor deck.

Located in a relaxing area of Lake Arrowhead, with close proximity to a number of exciting things to do and see! Lake rights for exclusive access to use the beaches during the spring and summer months. Many restaurants and necessities such as grocery nearby.

Home has lake rights with access to the summer beach clubs!
- Our home can accommodate up to 5 cars comfortably in two parking areas. Street parking is not allowed, and can incur fines of $1000+, which is the responsibility of the guests.

-Maximum of 1 dog per stay. Small Dogs only. Dogs must be leashed outside. Please don't allow them on the furniture, or an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please clean up the yard before departure.

-This home is in a quiet forested area with nearby homes and is not a party house. Please respect our neighbors and our nature by keeping things chill. No parties or large groups over occupancy

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

-No smoking or vaping indoors. This will incur a $500 additional cleaning fee.
