The open floor plan offers you both comfort and convenience: kitchen open to the living room; one bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor, second floor are three bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom with privacy; Host thoughtfully provides all essentials. All efforts are to make you feel home. Fantastic community amenities, including pools, hiking trails etc. Great location and weather. 15 minutes to beach. LA and SD in 1 hour.

@First floor: Open the front door, you will be welcomed by modern style of the space: high ceiling and recessed lighting for the first floor, comfortable furniture and well designed floor plan: modern kitchen with granite countertops open to the dining room and living room; one bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor, perfect for guests or elder members;

@Second floor are master suite and two other bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom and walk in closet with privacy for all members; Master bathroom features dual vanity, spacious walk in glass shower and an oversized tub; Laundry room with a sink on the second floor make your clothes fresh every day. Host thoughtfully provides high quality cooking items, linens, cleanings essentials etc.

@Other spaces: Outside the house, the backyard provides space for kids or fur family members to relax. Attached two car garage and enough storage space. Around the property there are public parking lots for you or your guests convenience. The property is at corner location, making it full of natural lights almost every room. All efforts are to make our property as your second home in South California.

@Around: Great neighborhood, fantastic community amenities, including pools, spas, splash pads, picnic facilities with BBQs, Esencia Farms, fire pits, hiking and walking trails and so much more.

Great location: minutes to the famous Rancho Mission Viejo riding park, 15 minutes to Dana Point beach, half an hour to Disney/ John Wayne Airport, Los Angel and San Diego are both within one hour drive. Lots of famous destination such as Universal Studio, San Diego Sea World, Legoland, Safari zoo, for you to explore.
