Camp Style Home, Pinconning, MI. 1/2 mile from Saginaw Bay, on Nyanquing Point
Located 1/2 mile from Saginaw Bay between Linwood and Pinconning, our camp is the best place to begin fishing, hunting, bird watching or family adventures you will never forget.
We just finished renovating our camp that is specifically set up for fishermen taking advantage of the world class walleye fishing on Saginaw Bay. However, the Nayanquing State Wildlife Area borders two sides of our property and would be a fantastic location to spring board your next waterfowl hunting expedition.
Our property is set up in a camp format with a "bunk" style bedroom separated from the living area by a light darkening curtain. There are 3 double beds and 3 XL twin beds set up in a bunk bed format. Easy to climb ladders facilitate easy access to the lofted twin beds equipped with sturdy rails.
The bathroom is located in a separate, fully heated and cooled, bath house just a few steps from the main house.
The living room features a very comfortable leather sectional with reclining over-stuffed leather rocker. There is a smart TV and a mini-pool table.
The kitchen is fully stocked and is equipped with quartz counter tops with lots of room to move around and cook up some fresh caught fish that were cleaned at our outdoor fish cleaning station.
There is plenty of parking for your vehicles, boats, trailers and campers. We also provide an RV electrical connection.
Outside you will find a spacious patio with gas grill, picnic table and a fire pit with chairs to help you enjoy the beautiful 1 acre property. A fish cleaning station is available

We purchased this property in December 2023 with the intent on offering the property to guests visiting the Saginaw Bay area, with a focus on providing a tailored lodging experience for fishermen and hunters but simultaneously encourage other adventures! After a thorough renovation and update of the property, we would be excited to welcome you to “Fish Camp”!

Our property is over an acre and located 1/2 mile from Saginaw Bay. Step out of the backyard and into Nayanquing Point State Wild Life Area. Our road is quiet as it dead ends at the Bay and the nearest boat launch is only 1.5 miles away!

Our camp style home offers a unique experience for guests. Access to the Bay for world class fishing, proximity to Nayanquing Point for some of the best waterfowl hunting, spacious parking are some of the properties best attributes. Local attractions, activities, and eateries also provide our guests an experience that will bring them back! While our property caters to fishermen and women, waterfowl hunters it is also perfect for a guys or gals weekend getaway!
