The space
A newly renovated peaceful getaway with cottage charm! This updated 3 bedroom 2 full bath cottage is located just a short 1/10 mile walk from the scenic, tree-shrouded swimming beach, where children will enjoy playing in the water and guests can launch a kayak or small canoe. The driveway leads up to a spacious wood deck and partially fenced yard. Well-furnished for enjoying the sun or an outdoor meal, this area is perfect for families of all ages. There is an outdoor fire-pit to gather around while star gazing and an old fashion wooden swing for the children to play. The exterior French doors lead into a bright and airy kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. The open floor plan includes a dining area and family room with vaulted ceilings and skylight to allow for plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa and two wicker chairs are provided for lounging, and a beautiful gas fireplace promises cozy evenings after a long day at the beach.
