Guests at Saguaro Point have full access to the entire property, inviting you to explore and enjoy all the amenities and luxury it has to offer. While we encourage you to take advantage of the expansive grounds and outdoor spaces, we advise caution when venturing into desert areas. The natural beauty of the surrounding landscape is breathtaking, but it's important to be mindful of the terrain and local wildlife.

Important Notice for Guests: We kindly request that no mail or deliveries be sent to this property, as we do not have key access for mail. For your convenience and security, please arrange to pick up any deliveries at a secure locker or the nearest post office or mail center.

The Neighborhood:
Saguaro Point has a private gated entrance, ensuring an exclusive and secluded experience for our guests. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property offers a tranquil retreat with minimal street lighting, perfect for stargazing and immersing yourself in the night sky. This unique setting combines privacy, peace, and natural splendor, providing an ideal backdrop for a luxurious and restful stay away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Getting Around:
Getting around from Saguaro Point is seamless and convenient, thanks to our partnerships with private transportation companies. Guests have the luxury of arranging exclusive rides tailored to their travel needs, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey to any destination. Additionally, for those who prefer the flexibility of on-demand services, ride-sharing apps are readily available, offering easy access to all that the town has to offer.

The home will only be available in mostly 4 night blocks from Oct 1 - May 31st each year (beginning on the dates listed below). The summer months will have a two night minimum stay.

We offer early check-in and late check-out options upon request, subject to availability. To secure these options, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $500+ may be applied.

* Enhance your stay by adding the luxury of a heated hot tub! For just $125 per day, we can have the hot tub heated to your preferred temperature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. To ensure the hot tub is ready for you, please notify us at least 2 days before your check-in date. This option is ideal for those looking to enjoy a soothing soak in the cool weather. Treat yourself to an unforgettable experience! Let us know if you’d like to add the hot tub heating to your stay.

* Please ensure that the hot tub is turned off after you check out. This helps conserve energy, maintain the equipment, and ensure the next guests have a clean, properly prepared experience.

The City Fire Department has requested that we refrain from lighting the torch and using the table fires. The grill is the only item approved for use. This restriction applies to reservations from mid-May to September due to fire season in Arizona.

Due to fire season in Scottsdale, the use of fireworks or any other explosive devices is strictly prohibited on the property. Our dry climate and natural landscape make the city highly vulnerable to fires. Using such items endangers lives and property and could result in severe damage, potentially burning down large portions of Scottsdale.
